Better Way Services

My experience with Better Way Services has been extremely positive. They did some water remediation for our home in Tucson. The technicians Mario, Roman, Brandon, and Richard - all did great work... clean, friendly, communicative, and thorough. The project manager, Brandon, very helpful and professional, did everything possible to take great care of us. Highly recommend!

After all the delays caused by Better Way's unprofessionalism, we finally found a new contractor. When the new contractor evaluated our project, they found several mistakes submitted to insurance by better way. We have had to submit several supplements to insurance because the appraiser from Better Way forgot major parts of our bathroom, including the shower door and shower head which were thrown away due to their sloppiness!

We had a leak under our kitchen sink that damaged several cabinets. Better Way Services (BWS) is one of the preferred companies our insurance company suggested, and we are not disappointed that we chose them. The water mitigation process was good and pretty quick. We decided to change up the kitchen layout for the rebuilding process, and BWS came through better than expected! The quality of materials and installation was fantastic. The only negative in the whole ordeal was a miscommunication on a delay in the schedule, but it was easily corrected. We hope to not have another claim, but if we do, BWS will be our first choice.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYI'm not sure they are legitimate business or not, I paid them $2000 up front and never saw them again. I will never to this again.

Our adventure began 2 months prior with a house flood. through the insurance process, Better Way Services became involved.This was no easy fix-it situation. Throughout the repair, Mike (superintendent) was on the jobsite constantly checking progress, as well as the quality of the work.I should note that I was in the construction trades for 40 years. Now retired.The reason I mention this, I definitely know what to look for regarding the level of workmanship.The second person of note with Better Way is Alfred. Our hall bathroom needed to have the drywall replaced around the entire perimeter, 24" up from the floor. If asked (or if I did the work myself...) I would have said 2-3 days to complete the process....not Alfred. He accomplished everything in 1 day ! This was no rush job on his part either. I rarely see someone with his level of expertise and dedication to quality workmanship as Alfred displayed ! As an aside, Mike didn't expect him to finish in one day either !To say I'm impressed with the level of customer service, knowledge, and dedication to quality, would be an understatement.To close, If you are considering a company to service your needs, Better Way services are the people to use !

Our dishwasher had been leaking for an unknown amount of time causing pretty significant mold issues behind our cabinets where we couldn't see. I reached out to BWS from my insurance company's recommendation. They did a fantastic job, had excellent communication through the process, completed everything in a very timely manner, and now our kitchen looks better than before the leak! Every one of the contractors was professional, helpful, and very kind. While I hope I never have to deal with something like this again, if I do, I'll absolutely be using BWS again.

I wish I had known about this company before because they are fabulous. They are prompt, reliable, nice, friendly, do excellent work and provide excellent customer service. After yet another roof leak and mold (same thing as last year, but poorly repaired), our insurance company referred us to Better Way Services. This was in August, after the rains when it was impossible to get anyone to do repairs. Better Way Services went out of their way to help. I highly recommend them.
