Better Way Roofing

Lousy service. Terrible work ethics. I need repair on flat roof skylight that is leaking and it appears the number in not in service. I wish I would have inspected their yard and equipment before I signed. Big mistake

I had Juan come out for the yearly inspection on my flat roof Better Way did the elastomeric coating last year around late June and Juan went out of his way to put the cable wire off the ground and today when I went up for yearly inspection he found that Sears Air Duct Cleaning that I had come out last year to clean the dryer duct didn't put back the screw on the duct cover on the roof so all this time it was exposed during the monsoon we had and water must have gotten in during that time.I didn't have a good feeling about the pair of guys that came out last year the young one didn't seem to know what he was doing and was taking direction from the older one and had to go up to the roof twice to do something all in all they took only 15 minutes and was charged over $100+ and didn't even take the time to put the screw back on the duct cover on the roof - very sloppy and unprofessional job! Thank you Better Way Roofing for a great job and thanks to honest Juan that took the time to correct the problem with the open duct on the roof dud to the incompetence of Sears!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!! I WOULD GIVE A ZERO IF I COULD. I used them twice previously when the father ran the business, very good service, However, the son Hernan Navarro is a TOTAL DISSAPOINTMENT. We contracted for a roof replacement due to storm damage. We paid half down as requested. Twice with a scheduled date for the work to be done, he no-showed, and didn't make any effort to calll us or notify us in advance. The second time, I called him the day before, and he assured me he would be there. He didn't show up and made no attempt to contact us. Now when I left a message and asked for my deposit back to find another company, he has ignored me. Now I am out my deposit and still need a new roof. DO NOT USE !!!

A few years ago I hired this company to repair a little bit of wind damage to my roof. They were very professional, showed up on time, and didn't try to sell me on any unnecessary repairs. This month I hired them to replace my entire roof. Again, very professional, they showed up on time, and finished on schedule. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

This company is not reliable. Roofing projects have been started and not completed in 1 month. Do not hire them!

Very professional. Was amazed at their efficiency and quality of work. My roof was re shingled due to hail damage. Four other homes in my neighborhood were repaired by this company and all owners are very satisfied with their work.
