Never have any complaints love staying here. This is our third time here. I would totally recommend all the best Western plus hotels to my friends and associates.

For this assignment, I worked at Fort Huachuca, which is in the middle of nowhere. So, I arrived in Phoenix and drove down to this Best Western location. Now, I have racked up some mileage in the last several months, and I was drained from driving, so I decided to give this hotel the chance, especially since it was only a mile from the base. Plus, I noticed that no fellow Yelper mentioned bed bugs, cockroaches, or even snakes. I always take a black light if you've read my other hotel reviews. They're cheap and easy to use. Once again, I turned off the lights and broke it out. No issues, no stains. Also, I didn't socialize with anyone during this stay; I was primarily focused on finishing up at Fort Huachuca and returning home. At that, I only took two photos. My only issue was that there were no USB ports in the room. Luckily, I had a USB wall charger block, and the elevator button continuously got stuck.

This is probably the nicest place to stay in Sierra vista. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, access is easy and safe and the rooms are pretty comfortable. A few things are worth noting: - the beds come with a sheet, a blanket that is as thin as a sheet and several lumpy and uncomfortable pillows. An actual blanket and a some nicer pillows would be a serious and welcomed upgrade.- the complimentary breakfast is nice but the arrangement is shamelessly wasteful. They use large plastic packaging lids as plates and each coffee cup is wrapped in plastic. I think that I threw away more plastic than I consumed in food. A more sustainable approach would also be a much welcomed upgrade.

This hotel is a great place to stay when visiting friends and family in this area. Everything was clean and neat. The daily breakfast bar is fantastic and filling. We stayed a few days and had breakfast daily. The staff is friendly and smiles whenever you see them. I shocked the cleaning staff one day by opening the door in full Halloween makeup- mid YouTube recording and they just complimented my look.... After the initial shock wore off. They brought up clean linens and refreshed toiletries as needed. I would definitely stay here if visiting friends again.

Average hotel. Thee pool was heated and a good sized juccuzi. They are very strict on no food or drinks in the pool area, so that was a bummer. The breakfast was complimentary and decent only missing bagels.the rooms were smaller than average. The bathrooms were very well maintained and cleaner than most other hotels. The rooms needed some minor repairs and updating. The outlets were hanging off walls and the paint on the walls needed some touch ups as there were a lot of scratches etc on them. I would stay there again.

My husband and I took a quick trip to the Tombstone Tour and needed a place to stay not too far from it. The Best Western Plus Sun Canyon was an ideal location. Once we got settled in our room we found it to be very nice and newly restored. I had read a previous review indicating not to opt for room 101 and was quite satisfied with room 202. The restroom is quite small and in order to have privacy, you will need to go completely in and then shut the door, otherwise, you will not be able to shut the door. It wasn't designed/constructed to have more than 2 people. The complimentary breakfast was very nice as well as the customer service.

This bathroom (room 101) was ridiculously cramped and small. There was a huge closet outside of the bathroom where they could have extended the space. So first of all the bathroom door opened inward and almost hit the toilet. The toilet was blocking half of the bathtub/shower. The toilet roll was under the sink but behind the toilet so you had to reach backwards. The door had to be closed to even enter or exit the shower. It seemed like this hotel had been remodeled so I have no idea why they made the bathroom this way. It was a pain in the butt (pun intended) the entire stay. My husband stayed with me and said he couldn't stand right in front of the sink because the toilet was in the way. I don't know if all the bathrooms are this way in this hotel but I will never stay here again and they should not use that room if it's the only cramped small bathroom. (Also a stain on the ceiling) The reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because everything else at the hotel was pretty ok.

This place is clean has a great breakfast. Beds comfy nice soft pillows. Wash is only a $1 nice meeting room. Only Problems we had was tub backed up but the Guy on duty came through quick. Now an Employee named Rachel is a bit rude. At 9 o'clock you feel like your in jail. Total lock down all amenities she closes at exactly 9. Even though we had the meeting room enjoying time with family and friends she Demanded we go to our room or else where. One guy sitting out waiting on his laundry to finish she even made him go to his room. The other employees were just fine as we closed the doors and weren't loud. Rachel is a Warden not a hostess Only BAD part of our stay.

We were on a short getaway. The Best Western Plus at Sun Canyon was the place to stay. Upon entry, this hotel was clean! The staff were informative which helped out visit. Our room was on the second floor and glad this location had a elevator. Everything was maintained in this location. The two Queen bed room was clean and inviting as the A/C was running. Yes, the bathroom was a little tight but not a big deal. I liked the power flush toilet as I'm thinking of installing these in our home. There was a firm grab bar for the tub/shower. The room and hallways were clean. During our stay, it was very quiet in the hotel! We are not fans of any included breakfasts offered. But I admit it fun to watch people try to use the waffle iron or figure out how to heat waffle syrup. We highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed a night here while passing through. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The only issue we had with the room is the teeny tiny bathroom. It's so small you have to walk all the way in before you can turn around to close the door. Breakfast was pretty much the usual, everything was laid out to help yourself. The problem there was it was elbow to elbow, you have to wait behind the person in front of you. You can't go around, there's no room. It would be nice to expand the area to allow a better flow. The girl working the breakfast was friendly and kept everything stocked nicely. Also the restaurant next door was a great place to walk to for dinner. We will stay here again next time. .
