Bellissimo Ristorante Italiano

Excellent food and great service. Located inside the casino. Reasonably priced Italian dishes. Homemade spaghetti that is just oh so good. Husband recommends the chicken marsala and he raved over the mushrooms. I had the spaghetti in the vodka cream sauce with red pepper. Very good. Their house red wine is well paired with it. The waitstaff is still wearing masks. The tables are socially distanced...not necessarily for covid precautions, but more for the overall ambiance of the restaurant. Excellent night out!

We had a very nice pleasant waitress. Other than that, the overall service and atmosphere was marginal. The food was low quality and not cooked well. My husband had the spicy sausage spaghetti. The sauce was watery and the sausage was mostly filler, and very bland. I had the crispy chicken piccata. The sauce was yellow water (no lemon, wine reduction, garlic flavor at all) that my chicken, vegetables and lumpy undercooked mashed potatoes were drowning in. It was actually off-putting. I do not recommend.

We decided to try this place after trying the cheese tortellini at the iron chef cook off. It was fantastic and we came here and found out it was not on the menu. :(I ordered the chefs whim pasta which was Gnocchi with lamb and sausage. It was decently good but I thought the pasta was a little overcooked. The flavor was decent, not oh wow.My wife ordered the spaghetti and clams and 2/3 of the clams were empty. She said the spaghetti tasted pretty good but was very disappointed about the clams. The service was pretty good at the beginning and seem to lack at the end. Overall I gave it a three, not sure if we'll go back anytime soon.

We had a fabulous dinner at this Italian Restaurant tonight. Serina was our server and was amazing. I had Italian Wedding Soup with tomato base, which was different, but very good. The restaurant had a fun atmosphere with nice background music. Prices were super reasonable. Highly recommend

Ordered the Branzino $32. The plate arrived with a small, butterflied fish with a sprinkling of a few chopped kalamata olives and micro greens (like 3 sprigs of whatever it was), and a small slice of bread (like a baguette slice.) Although the fish was cooked nicely, nothing else accompanied it - no vegetables, no starch. Perhaps our waiter should have made note of this, but it was very disappointing and well overpriced!

3 of us enjoyed lunch here today. I started with the Italian wedding soup w/a tomato base which was different than what I've had at other Italian places. However, it was tasty & hearty and included a large flavorful meatball. My entree was pasta w/white clam sauce for $19. Lots of flavorful tiny clams & perfectly cooked spaghetti - nice sized portion. I shall return to try other dishes including their homemade desserts.

Well we sat at the bar and the food was delicious, the service was even better. But the best thing was our BARTENDERS. We had Alessandra and Arielle. The only thing I can say about these two young Ladies is that they are absolutely amazing. They know how to take care of their costumers. If I had the power I would crown them Bartenders of the YEAR. Plus I will give them 10 up.

Bellissimo opened about 10 days ago, and we've dined in 3x and done takeout twice. We found several outstanding entrees, desserts and appetizers and a couple below expectations. I would have given 4.5 stars if that was possible.The staff is mostly extremely attentive. Ariel, Stefan and Keith are standouts, but truthfully all were above average.Of the appetizers, the tennis-ball sized Meatballs with Bread was our favorite. Parmesan Fries, Crispy Calamari, Bread to Share (dense and cake-like) and Italian Olives to Share (4-5 different kinds) were all very good and PLENTIFUL.Of the desserts, the Cannolis (3 of them) may have been our favorite, but the Polenta/Olive Oil Cake with Pistachio Gelato came surprisingly close. We tried the Dessert Trio ($12) (Tiramisu, Cake with Gelato, Panna Cotta) and give this a thumbs up also.Of the entrees, the only clinker we tried was the Chicken Parmesan ($18) (a bit dry). However, the traditionally prepared Bolognese Lasagna ($18) is SPECTACULAR. The hefty Lasagna with both the fantastic Red Meat Sauce and Bechamel was excellent all 3x we tried it. The Swordfish with the Minced Olive Topping ($22) was excellent, as were the Pork Duroc Saltimbocca (tender, thick Pork Chop) ($19) and the 3 Spaghettis ($10-$14) we tried.Average Check with appetizer(s), entree and desserts for Two was about $60.We always compare Italian Restaurants to Caruso's on 4th Avenue. This Restaurant would be equal to Caruso's if there was a nice garden for dining. But then, no Jackpots are within walking distance of Caruso's.

Had the Caprice Bruschetta and it was delicious!! Also had the bulgonese lasagna and it was also very tasty Good Italian restaurant definitely try it out if you're in the mood for Italian.

Stayed overnight at the hotel( excellent) and came here for dinner. There were four of us and three of us had spaghetti as part of our dish. The spaghetti was so over cooked it stuck together. The broccolini was so undercooked you couldn't cut it with a knife. The bread was just basic and flavorless. The chicken on the chicken Parmesan though had to be the worst of the food. Hard to cut, rubbery, so chewy literally could not eat a bite. On a positive note we had excellent service from Michael and he politely listened to our issues and hopefully passed them on to management.
