We purchased a security door from Lowes, and John from Bella Window and Door was subcontracted to install it. The installation included a sill plate, locking door handle, and deadbolt. I found John to be highly professional and friendly. The door is perfect. Highly recommend Bella Window and Door!

Our son accidentally broke our slider window by a run away rock :). Danny came out and we ended up replacing the entire slider. While here he also resealed all our other windows. Quality work. Very personable. Would recommend for your window needs.

Purchased a security door from Lowes. Bella Window and door was contracted to install it, the complete process from purchase to install was completed in less then two weeks. Ron from Bella Window came out and did the measurements, followed by John who did the install, both guys called us one hour prior to there arrival, they were courteous, highly professional polite and informative of what they were going to accomplish. Once the worked was completed by John on the install date I was extremely pleased with the outcome of the installment.

We had a new front door installed, plus new security doors on both the front and the back of the house. Our installer, John, did excellent work and was helpful and courteous--good at explaining what he would be doing, and left the worksite clean and in good shape. He had to build out the front door frame a bit for the security door to fit properly, and it looks great. The only thing we'd suggest to the company is that they consider having the phone answered during business hours. Calls always went to voice mail and they weren't as responsive as we'd have liked when we were initially setting up the appointment to have measurements done for the job. Once we were ready for the install, though, our call was returned promptly and we didn't have to wait long for the appointment. After the initial visit, we had to arrange for a bit of extra work through Lowes, and there, too, they really went the extra mile to get to the final bit of work on an accelerated time frame. Much appreciated! We would have no hesitation about using Bella again.
