Bella’s Gelato Shoppe

We love this place. Loads of flavors both with and without cream. Dog friendly. Lots of other treats for 2 and 4 legged friends. Comfortable couches.Friendly service.

Bella's is a cute gelato shop on Speedway. They put up to 2 gelato flavors in a small cup and up to 3 in a medium. While they don't have a large selection of flavors, they do have quite a few that are gluten-free. If gelato isn't your thing, they also have biscotti, nuts, and other treats. Have a pup or kitty? They have treats for them too!On the night we stopped in, we were greeted by two friendly staff members. I selected a small cup with chocolate and pistachio. The serving size was ample and the flavors were good, but the texture reminded me of booza (stretchy ice cream). Not bad, just not what I was expecting. We wouldn't mind stopping in again.

I stumbled on this place when I was thinking about ice cream and there it was. They have an outside table as well as inside seating. The place was very clean and the owner was welcoming and helpful. In addition to the gelato, they had biscotti, cinnamon cashews and "doggie donuts"They have gluten free and non-dairy options also and even custom make gelato cakes. I had the medium size with 2 flavors: white chocolate strawberry and chocolate chip. The flavors were not overly strong but very nice. The gelato was smooth and light. It felt like there were no calories. I really enjoyed it and would go back again.

Puppy friendly. Should I say more? Named after the owner's beloved Bella who passed away and gave joy. Like the fact they have puppy options as well as gluten free/ vegan/ dairy free options. Not a huge selection of gelatos ... but enough to get your sweet tooth fix in. Not a lot of seating.

We stopped here on a Friday night and were helped right away by the friendly staff. They have a big menu and even have quite a few dairy free options. They have gelato for your pup and dogs n donuts treats. I love tiramisu gelato and I'd say theirs is the best in Tucson and tastes the closest to it. There's spots to sit both inside and out as well as a decent parking lot.

Lots of variety of gelato from non-dairy, no sugar added and regular gelato flavors. Place looks well-maintained and clean. Service is friendly and welcoming.

Bella's has a small selection, but in exchange has amazing quality and flavor! A cozy space and service is always amazing! They also have a selection of non-gelato treats, as well as puppy ice cream and treats from Dog-n-Donuts!

After having ice cream across the way, we saw this place and decided to check it out! Since we were on vacation, travelling through Tucson, why not indulge in double the frozen treats?!?!I'm so glad we did! We were greeted and helped by the owner. She was very sweet, welcoming, and told us about her store. This company, which had its beginnings as an ice cream truck, is named after their beloved pup Bella. Sadly, Bella passed away in 2019, but there are pictures of her in the store as well on the logo.We sampled a few ice cream flavors and decided on Orange Walnut Cranberry, Eggnog, & Pumpkin Caramel Gingersnap Gelato. We were grateful for the ability to add the third flavor! Each flavor was so good! They make excellent Gelato!Besides Gelato & Sorbettos, they sell Fudge, Nuts, Brownies, and Cookies. The owner gave us each a Gingersnap Cookie with our purchase. We really loved the cookie! It was by far one of the best Gingersnap Cookies I've had!If you bring your well-behaved dog(s) into their shop, they will be treated to a Pup Cup! They love dogs! The interior is brightly lit with a cool floor! Great gelato and awesome service. They opened and served us early than opening hours while they were preparing the store. Glad we stopped by and willBe back for family ice cream in the future. Try the strawberry and vanilla!

Disappointing. The service is exceptional. The gelato is not. The triple chocolate had absolutely no flavour whatsoever. My sister's ice cream (also triple chocolate) had no flavour either. Not worth the carbs. The texture was also off. Not smooth and luscious. $8.50 for a large cup is pretty spendy. Frost Gelato is light years ahead of this place.
