Beauty & The Burger

I have mixed feelings about the delivery order I received last night. They have a lot of options and a creative menu. The food was packaged in sealed paper bags. So, the burger and bun were great. But, the mac and cheese burger was missing the mac and cheese. And my Oreo chocolate cake was missing. My son tore his spicy Buffalo chicken sandwich up! The cheesesteak fries were fabulous! I'd still give the restaurant another try because fries are my favorite food group and I want to try the three cheese andburnt ends options.

I will say that the food was decent the burger was cooked very well and flavorful I really liked the bacon that was in there very peppery I ended up getting the steakhouse burger although I think the description was a little misleading because it says it comes with Swiss cheese but when you order it you have to pay two dollars more for that said Swiss cheese. My wife had the fried chicken sandwich which was supposed to have pickles but it had no pickles which worked out OK because we had plenty of pickles at our house.I would say the only disappointment and why I probably wouldn't give this place a five star is I thought the fries for $10 were the weakest part of the order and most expensive compared to the serving size.For $10 I assume this was going to be a substantial order meant for two people and not that two people couldn't share it but it was A pretty small portion and as a comparison this would probably be 1/4 the size of a regular order of fries from five guys.I will say that the fries tasted great I just thought from a value proposition this really should be a five dollar size order of fries versus $10 because they certainly could've given you a lot more fries even if they didn't put a lot of meat and cheese and onions in there. My wife thought she would eat this meal again and other than it cost thing about $50 including delivery for a burger or a chicken sandwich and an order of french fries if you don't mind spending $50 on that that it's definitely worth it.

I ordered the Fried Chicken Sandwich, Burnt End Fries, and NY Cheesecake. The fried chicken was very bland, the chicken and batter had no seasoning. I couldn't even taste any of the toppings, I mostly tasted bland chicken and the bun but it was cooked well. The Burnt End Fries were delicious but unfortunately I received 4 tiny pieces of burnt ends, which was equal to less than a slice of thick cut bacon. Lastly the cheesecake was pricey for its size. Also it was very dry and not most at all. Overall this place has other options to try but I'm not sure if it is worth the money.

Is actually a ghost kitchen for sulivans, and food was awful. Had a funky smell and taste to where I chose not to eat it.

Never ordering from here again, at least not for delivery. This is criminal how misrepresented the food is in photos vs what they are sending out.

I placed an order for a family birthday dinner. Luckily I happened to check the Uber Eats app soon after because my order was canceled!! I got the message "Beauty and the Burger couldn't finish your order and had to cancel". We had to rush out and find a drive thru for dinner! I'd guess this ghost restaurant will soon be out of business, don't even bother with it.

We have ordered from here twice now. The first time we were extremely pleased with the Cajun burger and Mac and cheese burger, as well as the burnt end fries. The second time we ordered, we received two dry chicken sandwiches without any of the sauces from the menu decription and a lackluster order of burnt end fries. I understand it is a new restaurant, but there is no phone number on the website or even on Google and that is inexcusable. Given the mistakes and inability to get a resolution to the issue, it will be a long while before I'll be trying this place again.
