I'm overall pleased with the color and how my hair came out. I have to give a shout out to Sunny who did my hair this time. I was nervous to try a new stylist. She was able to get a lot of the yellow out and I left with a well blended, cool, fresh blonde. Would be a 5 star except I've had to wait at least a half hour after my appointment time to be seen both times I've been to the salon, but understand if an appointment is later in the day and other appointments run over that it might happen. I'd rather wait than them rush. FYI, they will not pull highlights all the way through if you already have blonde in your hair. I understand their fear with not over processing already bleached hair though so as long as they can get the color to match on my roots and ends, I'm ok with it. For those wondering, it cost $170 for a partial highlight and a very light trim. Again, my color turned out great and I'm very picky. So thank you Sunny for the fresh color!

Shannon knew exactly what I needed for highlights especially my hair & love the way Shannon Cut My hair... she remembered my hair from last time. I'm a baby boomer & she understood that. Can't wait to see her soon. Just in time for California Visit. My hair actually swings in the back and sides. We just have to wait for my natural hairline to grow out because it did get hacked more on right near my ear and right side didn't match the left I did notice that...Unbelievable I would recommend her to anyone for coloring and definitely a cut. I have baby extra baby thin fine fragile hair, great color and cut. If Shannon can cut my hair she can do anyone's hair.

I will start by saying the salon is clean and cute. My hairdresser was very kind but that's where it all ends. I went in looking to get my hair cut, I came in with a picture I wanted and we discussed that I wanted to keep as much length as possible. My hair to begin with was passed my breasts. She cut the unhealthy part off and showed me which was a 1.5 inch part. She then told me my hair was a little thin so layers by my face would look better. I told her some layers are okay but I have naturally curly hair and my hair will spring right up. Fast forward to the end of the service she cut easily another 5-6 inches off my hair and I look like Farrah Fawcett and Billy Ray Cyrus had a baby. I have a freaking mullet. And to top it off it's not even. It looks absolutely nothing like the photos. I literally cried for a week. My husband is currently deployed so I used this moment as a special treat and I feel so ugly now to the point my hair has been up every day since. And I just had to spend extra on hair extensions to fill the missing gaps. Now having my husband come home from deployment has made me so self-conscious and just utterly ugly. Needless to say my daughter and I both won't be returning.

Sunny was phenomenal she not only was super fun to work with listened to exactly what I wanted. She has secured me a forever client. She not only gave me exactly what I wanted in a single shot she did it in 1/3 the time other stylist have taken in the past and left me pretty in happy with the results.

I have very short hair and just wanted it to look as feminine as possible, so I went to this salon. I booked online and went to my appointment. The first time was not too bad, when I went the next time it was just not a great visit. I thought they saved my information but they did not and when the new stylist asked me what size guide they used I didn't remember so she asked someone else and they didn't know. The whole experience just was not pleasant, I felt ask though I was being judged. My hair looked ok but I was just not happy. I have been to salons where they make you feel like a friend and not just another customer, and I am going back to that salon on the other side of town.

I made an appointment and was quoted approximately $150 for a root touch up and cut. When I got there I was told root touch ups were for gray hair. I specifically said I was blonde and that is what I wanted touched up on my roots. I was then told for what I was asking for would be $265 and this cut would be an additional $50! I have never spent that kind of money on my hair and I have had my hair done in CA. I was also told that I should have come in for a consultation. This was never suggested when I was on the phone! I said I would not spend that amount and left. Very unprofessional place and very overpriced!!!Would never recommend this place to anyone

This was my first visit to Beauty and the Beasts. I chose the salon and stylist based on customer recommendations. Victoria is exactly as described - friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to detail. I am 80 years old and was somewhat hesitant to hsve highlights from a new stylist. I can't say enough positive things about my experience. She listened and cut my hair exactly as requested. I have the best haircut and highlights i have had in years. You cant miss with Victoria.

Absolutely amazing salon!! Highly recommend!!! Colby cut my hair exactly like I like it!!! Very friendly and super clean place!! All the stylists are very kind and helpful!!!

Went in to get my roots done and the hairstylist asked me how I got my hair that color.... my hair ended up brassy, yellow, and purple, as well as being cut too short. I won't be going back.
