I went in to get a bead bracelet fixed and the woman working said " I can show you how". It was so easy and she was so helpful that I ended up buying beads and stretchy bead string to make my own. I was there almost an hour looking at all the different kinds of beads. They had thousands of different beads from all over the world. I'm ready to go back and get more beads.

This store is amazing with so many to satisfy everyone looking for that special something! I was overwhelmed and because I was looking after my grandbaby, I saw a few things but nothing I gravitated towards. Maybe next time. My daughter got some pearls but I think she was just as overwhelmed. She says she will come back with her friend that makes all the crystal jewelry. Also its a tight space so you may have to squeeze through other customers looking at items.

Rachel was an absolute doll when I visited the store for the first time today. She was patient, answered all of my questions, helped me find the perfect combination of beads, tools, and chain, demonstrated and then helped me to practice my technique before letting me head out with my project materials. So impressed with their knowledge, selection, and stellar customer service. Looking forward to taking a class and visiting again soon!

I had a bracelet that needed repaired and required some very small beads. I found Bead Holiday on the web and decided to visit their location. I was amazed at the variety of beads, charms, stones, etc. they offer. I'm not a bead crafter however I am now interested in returning and exploring making a bracelet. The staff and owner are super welcoming and helpful. They gave advice on what might be used to replace the beads on my broken bracelet and showed me how it might look. After making my selection, they charged me a moderate repair fee with the bead cost pending based on the number needed for the repair. Within 3 days of leaving my bracelet, they called saying it was ready. It looks amazing.My first visit gave me the idea to replace a piece to another bracelet. So upon my return, they guided me to options that would work for my bracelet and allowed me time to wander and make my selections. In addition to a plethora of beads, charms, etc. and repair services, they will also guide you on making your bracelet on site. Highly recommend this shop even if you aren't a current bead crafter, you'll find something that sparks your creativity.

Be aware that this store has a no return policy. Less than a week ago I bought some things at that store for a total of $40. When I got home I realized that one of the wires I bought was not the correct one since it did not have a label. Upon returning to the store, the owner of the establishment told me that she would not exchange it, even though I showed her the receipt for what I paid and the wire was intact. I have never shopped in a store before where merchandise cannot be returned. Never again.

Kimberly was more than knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming, she was AMAZING! She also taught me how to crimp. BeadHoliday provided us a huge variety of findings, wires, tools, beads and pendants!!! Whether you're starting or experienced at beading, this is a must do!!

Needed several specific beads for a Christmas gift. The woman who helped me was awesome! She was friendly, knowledgeable and patient while we collected the stones I required. I will definitely shop here again.
