Bazil's To Go

We came back for the Bazils Special. Kind of everything with Italian Sausage. No time to cook last night. Very good. Under 20. For a medium. On time for pick up. CASH only here , only open 3 hours a night.

Great Chicago style pizza with great variety of toppings. Consistently delicious. All the staff work incredibly hard, owner included, yet are never too busy for a friendly greeting. Love this place.

I lived right near here for 11 years and only ordered once, and don't recall loving it. That was over a decade ago, and craving pizza I figured what the heck, let's try again.I'm so glad I gave it another shot! Priorities on pizza for me: 1. crispy fresh crust; 2. awesome and ample red sauce; 3. fresh toppings; 4. the right amount of cheese (I don't have a good definition for that one as it's mood-based). Home run on all 4 counts! The staff had had a very busy evening but they were still very friendly and I left happy. Then again, who isn't happy walking out the door with fresh hot pizza?CASH or CHECK only. I didn't know anyone still took checks. Getting a card system would be a major improvement; I assume they are avoiding the fees and get enough business without cards. Joining the cashless 21st century would be an improvement (even Venmo!)

Pizza always good, and the employees are always friendly to me. One of my favorite pizzas in Tucson. Doesn't bother me one bit that it's cash or check only, that's what ATMs are for.

The best chicken Parmesan Also chicken Vesuivo Included with your meal, a salad with Bazil's own salad dressing and a cup of soup . Can't go wrong

Rude service Mediocre food at best. Best Chicago pizza? Not even close. Chicken on Alfredo overcooked. Don't be fooled. To go doesn't match up to the restaurant. But if you do want pizza you can only get in the bar or to go. And they scowl at you for not having a reservation when the place is empty. To go is cash only. Never again Bazils and To go. Tired of being treated like crap.

Bazil's to-go is one of the best Chicago-thin style pizzas in the USA! Growing up in Chicago and living in Tucson since 2006, I have tried 100's if not thousands of pizzas and will continue to support local. Max the owner has been slinging zaaaa (pizza) for a long time and has been passing the legacy of deliciousness down to the amazing staff! The mouth watering smell of greatness upon walking inside to the To-Go counter, bring back so many memories of Sweet Home Chicago! Thank you Max for all that you do. Yelpers, please continue to support local and spread positive feedback to these establishments!

Favorite Tucson pizza! So good. I usually get garlic, basil and extra cheese!!! Yum! Max is awesome also.

Great food, nothing fancy, the staff is excellent, and they care about getting your order right. Perfect for picking up a quick dinner on the way home from work or movie night with the family. And great work, always, by Max running the show year after year!

Food consistently good. Owner consistently rude. Not so much as a thank-you when I picked up my meal. Seriously.
