Gayle, Shayne and the other service team members are always customer friendly. I have used TBG-Tucson for the past four year on routine annual maintenance/new batteries all the way up to bigger issues (rear axle assembly). Their pricing is fair/reasonable and they do not recommend unnecessary work. All work is done professionally. I will continue to use them to keep the old EZGO on the golf course!

We've used Battery Guy twice in the last few years for two different golf carts and have been very pleased. Very impressed with his professionalism and ability to help us at the last minute.

I had my golf cart annual service today. Matt checked and cleaned batteries, replaced worn cables, and checked and adjusted brakes. All this for less than $100. The service took just over an hour and was completed at my house. I couldn't be happier with the service.

He came to my place and I had a short. He required my cart for a fair price and I have had him replace batteries in the past. He is very knowledgeable and helpful.
