Update 2 Years. This is still a good store, albeit under new management. I see some minor changes. Staff gone, less registers open. Vege inventory smaller. Today was a collective groan, all registers shut down for credit for today. Cash only, sorry. Fortunately, that is how I buy food. Helps self monitor spending. That made me, "NEXT PLEASE.."

Great reprieve by Bashas today. There wasn't available motorized cart for me as I have difficulty standing and walking. This enabled me to spend an entire hour and a half shopping and finding everything I needed without winding up in severe pain before I could get it in the car. Not only that but management pushed my cart to my car and unloaded it for me. How delightful was that!PS. I love their labeling with color color tabs that makes it easy to find gluten-free, sugar-free, fat-free, and most importantly keto products with just a glance of a tag.

Went in for quick shopping. FYI 2 employees didn't know where sale items where located? One a new person at store did the work to go find out where located, thank you sorry I didn't ask your name for the review.

Basha's on Swan and Ft. Lowell is great - the deli has some great selections in terms of freshly made bagels and pastas, and their staff has always been friendly and helpful. Their produce is excellent and their health section is pretty varied despite being smaller than some grocers. Also, I appreciate all the little trinkets throughout the store, from flower/plant pots, soaps, jewelry, and metal art. I am not sure if it is local or not but I just feel that it is a nice touch. This store in particular is always clean and the employees are great. My only complaint is that often times there is only one or two checkers available and the lines can get long. This seems to be a common theme in grocery stores of late, though.

My husband and I absolutely love coming here! Shopping is a breeze! This is the only store we shop at, it is that amazing! They have big aisles that make it easy for us to push our sons stroller, and the workers are super friendly and helpful.

This location was neat, clean, well organized and well stocked. There is a Starbucks coffee shop inside. The deli counter sells hot foods, including pizza slices. I was looking for ground beef, and was pleasantly surprised to see the ground beef divided into "100% ground chuck" and "100% ground round". (Tried the ground chuck for some hamburgers -- delicious!) It also has the virtue of being family-owned and exclusive to Arizona (with one location in New Mexico) -- significant if you want to cater to "local" businesses (headquarters is in Chandler).

Wyatt in the deli at Swan and Ft Lowell is the best pizza maker in town!Unlike Dominoes and Papa John's this pizza had toppings.The sauce was fantastic as well!

TERRIBLE!! Bought a pizza for my employees one day and it looked amazing! Went back the next day to order another one and it was hard to get someone to acknowledge me to begin with. The little homie that works back there finally stopped checking out a female customer and came over to help. He, painfully, took my order and said it would be 30 minutes. I ran a couple of errands and came back 30 minutes later...still not ready. It finally comes out burnt to a crisp! Nothing like the day before! Manager said "that's what they're supposed to look like". While I was waiting, I checked out their donuts....fruit flies infested every donut in the case! DISGUSTING!!Talked to the assistant front end manager and all she did was defend the burnt pizza, deli manager and fruit flies! There's gotta be some accountability!! Will never shop here again

Best pharmacy in Tucson. The staff is great - they do all the heavy lifting with my insurance. They call me personally when my prescription is ready. No talking to a computer. If it is new med, it might take them a day to get it but worth the wait. I never have to wait long and the staff is really well educated. Prices are competitive with all the big pharmacies.

Always difficult to check out, but today it was a new low. There were no cashiers working. When I finally located an employee she explained that Bashas wanted everyone to do self checkout. I told her I would not do so, and she did open. Should it really be that difficult to deal with a person? Is this what our country wants as its future? For people who want to self checkout, I have no problem. But count me out, and count me out of Bashas. By the way, Albertsons did away with self checkout because of customer complaints.
