Hamburgers! Amazing hamburgers. Fresh chopped dill pickle, smash burger style. French fries are on another level, we all thought the food was amazing.

The place is off the beaten path of the main downtown area of Bisbee. It's fairly new too.On the day I was there they only had 4 of their beers available, so I ordered a flight, which took the young lady working the bar a while too poor. The beers were ok, but none of them wowed me so to speak. All were well made and free of defects, just nothing special. The place also seems to specialize in Burgers. I wanted to try different things on the menu without spending too much, so I ordered from the kids menu to go.The chicken tenders are just frozen tenders and were actually pretty small, and pretty basic. But those fries were absolutely delicious. The grilled cheese was ok, but it tasted like it was cooked on a grill that hadn't been cleaned in awhile, like a stale old oil taste, but again those fries! The sliders were good but again that old oil taste was present, and yes once again those amazing fries!Overall this wasn't a bad experience, not great but not bad, one complaint I had though is my bill.5oz samplers are $2.50 a piece, so 4 of them is $10.00, or so I thought. I was charged $13.00 for the flight which had a baseball related name I couldn't remember. So word to the wise order your samples one at a time, this is something they need to reexamine and correct.

I went to the soft opening of this new brewery in late April with my beer-drinking friend. The place was busy then and yet the kitchen was able to pump out great smashburgers in a timely fashion while we sipped on a pilsner and a stout respectively. It's a family-owned business and one of the owners/servers, Dan, also teaches business at Cochise College.I went back again yesterday (a Friday) early afternoon with my friend. The place was busy but not quite so loud. They were out of their popular pilsner this time, so I had a guest beer by Torrito farms in Wilcox, a lager. This time I had chicken tenders for lunch. My friend had his smashburger again. Again both were tasty and filling. Th appetizer plate is huge and can fill up two people. Our checks each were under $20. A beer here is $5.45, so a bit cheaper than at other breweries in the area that charge $6-$7 a pint. The RBI Japanese Rice Lager is quite tasty and the watemellon seltzer exceptionally good. It's not bitter at all and even finishes with a sweet mouthfeel.Dan said an outdoor dog-friendly patio is in the plans

Great little place just down the street from Warren Ballpark. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They're a new business, and they have a great vision. Their menu is simple and they rock the burgers and craft beers! Kind of a hidden gem so far, but it won't take long for BBC to be a "go to" spot in Bisbee.

Great little joint. True to its name it serves beer ;) no wine . We came here for lunch and it wasn't busy (but we showed up as soon as they opened) and it soon got busy! We ordered burgers and wings and they were great. Kudos to the kitchen the staff! Very casual laid back atmosphere. The staff are very friendly.

We went here after we watched the July 4th parade. I had the Pilsner and my husband had the IPA. The service was fast and the beer was really good. My husband has gone a couple of other times with a friend and said the burgers are really good. This is a wonderful addition to the community.

I stayed in Bisbee for a couple of days while my husband had work there. He had eaten at this place and wanted to go back. Place looks like your typical brewery, with that sporty feeling, tvs everywhere and music playing as well on some of them. Server was super nice and friendly, she was attentive and made sure we were doing good. I ordered the single smashed burger and I have to say it was delicious!! Wish this place was closer to home in Tucson! I also ordered the onion rings and they did not disappoint. Overall great experience. Oh yeah, they have beer, but I was there for the food lol!

Food and service was very good. Atmosphere was really nice. Just suggest maybe turning down the TVs. Since it is not too big sometimes the TVs was a bit too much but food-wise it was good and service was great!

I actually wouldn't know how many stars to give it because they don't allow dogs. The only reason I'm posting at all is so that when people are searching a site on Yelp they can put "dog" in the search spot and see that they don't allow them. It seemed like a really cute place and maybe someday they'll have an outdoor patio so that dogs will be allowed.
