I stopped here to look at furniture. The place was very large with a large parking lot. The entrance was to the left (looking at the building). There were some other doors so a bit confusing. A person greeted me and told me to look around. That was the last time I talked to anyone which was okay. The furniture is on display but you have to wait to get the item-a few months typically. They had a wide variety of sofas, chairs, beds, dining tables etc. Some were grouped like a room but most were just scattered around. Some items were pretty close together. The quality of the products appeared to be very good. The costs were pricey. They have more options than many furniture stores if you don't mind waiting.

Great place for quality furniture and good customer service. I found a leather sofa after trekking all over Tucson. It was delivered in less than a week.

This is a more traditional furniture store, but it is gigantic and offers a lot of options. We ultimately settled on a copper top table from here, as opposed to from another shop in town, not only because the price was similar to the other outfits but more importantly, we liked the table stand (for the copper top to sit on) design offered at Baker's the most. It was the only place where we saw a unique, but simple, infinity knot table stand design. The other shops had very intricate and IMO "frilly" looking table stands for their copper tops. Our salesperson, Jill, was very patient. She asked lots of questions about our preferences and made pertinent suggestions. She was meticulous and never pushy.

While I didn't make a purchase, it was fun to browse and the selection was awesome. Would definitely recommend as an alternative to that other big-box furniture store here in town. This is much better quality and the people that work there are friendly, knowledgeable and no one is trying to make you finance anything.

Terrible Customer Service-Rude to my older ParentsMy parents have now been to this Tucson location twice attempting to purchase a dining room set. They liked the Victorine dining set by Pastel, but were told that the only one available was the display set. They attempted to purchase that set, but were told by a very snotty salesman that they could not purchase it. They reluctantly took my parents' phone number and told them they would call them to advise on how to order the set, but of course they never did. My parents went back into the store a week later and were turned away again! Wow, do your owners know that your salesmen have no interest in making a sale? I have contacted the manufacturer to complain about your practices as well. If you want to make this right, please contact me as soon as possible. Otherwise I will be posting this review everywhere I can, and also by word of mouth- to let others know they should take their business elsewhere.

Nice furniture, terrible customer service. Getting someone to call you back or provide timely information is like pulling teeth. You'd assume quality furniture would come with quality customer service. Instead it comes with lots, and lots, and lots of excuses. The best part of getting your furniture is not having to deal with the sales staff anymore. There are other quality choices in Tucson with much friendlier and helpful staff.

Three things you should know:1. Everything is of top quality here2. Nothing is inexpensive; everything is of top price.3. Nothing is modern; everything is traditional.If you understand these three principles, you will be a happy camper here. If you want modern, you should go to Copenhagen Living instead. I myself am a modern-type person, so I did not buy anything here, but if your tastes are traditional, this store should serve you well.

In May 2021, my Sis and I each decided to purchase upholstered bed frames. She bought from EA but I decided to do business locally, with Baker's. To fit the bed frame properly, she was offered a half dozen different profiles for the foundation. I was offered a low profile (5") foundation for the 8 1/2" rails that I ordered. Since the foundation on the floor model of the bed I ordered fit, I ordered a mattress and foundation from Baker's. It was had the 5" foundation. The delivery time for the bed frame was approximated at 4-6 months and the mattress set in 3 weeks. The sales person, Jill, called the bed maker, to ensure that the fabric I selected was available. It was and I put down a large deposit. I also paid for the mattress set in full. It was delivered in Summer 2021.With no prior updates, Jill called in September 2021 to say that the fabric that I ordered was discontinued (???) and that she could cancel my order or I could select another fabric. Since the mattress set that I bought was specifically ordered to fit the ordered bed frame, I did not cancel but selected another fabric.I waited patiently, until Jun 2022, when Baker's delivered a headboard and bed frame. It was beautifully made but was not the bed rails I ordered nor the feet that I ordered, as confirmed on my order form. The delivery men took the bed frame back and Jill indicated that Baker's would not be reordering the bed. She indicated that my deposit on these items would be returned. I asked her for a refund on the mattress set that was purchased specifically to fit the bed frame that I ordered and would never get and I asked her to pick up that set so that I could purchase one that fits the upholstered bed frame that I am now forced to order from another furniture dealer. She refused. It's been well over a year.

First words said out of the salesman's mouth was I hope you know this is the most expensive furniture store in Tucson. Was immediately thrown off from that, will definitely not be doing business with this place. Missed opportunities! ‍‍‍ copenhagen furniture store will be having my business! Thanks a lot you can tell how a business will treat you based on the sales person and this experience sums it all up. He Wouldn't even shake my hand or give me a fist bump after I took a look around. Creepy!
