Baja Tacos

Finding fish tacos in Tucson that can match the plentiful choices and quality of those in LA and San Diego has been a challenge. I get it: Tucson is not a seafood town.I've found a few that are good but I want more. Fortunately, this tiny food trailer -- it's not even as large as a food truck -- turns out fish tacos and ceviche that put larger spaces here to shame.

I had three tacos here for lunch two days ago: manta ray, shrimp enchilado, and a seafood mix taco. They were all good, esp. the enchilado. You order from a food truck parked outside, but there is both outdoor and air-conditioned indoor seating. It's very casual, there's no salsa bar, but they did supply two kinds of salsa in squeeze bottles. I was the only customer there at the time, so service was fairly quick.

I m back today for the Shrimp Burrito. Spicy. I m across the street getting a full service and plug change so I' am here for the morning. This will be a great breakfast. Prob get a ice cold bottle CokeTo go with.

I just moved to tucson. I drove by and when I had time I stopped by, I lived in so cal for many years. I've tried a ton of fish taco places.Only one in so cal came close to this place.The first bite was amazing. Tender fish filets, cooked just right! I'm so glad I found this place. Outstanding! From the first bite, the ceviche de pescado tostada was so refreshing. Very delicious and tastes like home (LA). Also got a fish taco and it was so good! Will definitely be back!P.s. cash only. Very affordable and delicious meal.

Awesome fish tacos!! I almost missed the lil truck. I will be back very soon. I had a craving and Baja tacos came through!!! YUM!!!! Flavor combination is simple and delicious!

Seafood tacos are always my go to when the time is past actually meal time and I am no longer super hungry that wanted something light but still a meal. This place has plenty of seating. CASH ONLY. The tacos are pretty amazing, and if you like it spicy just dab some of the sauce on the side. A bit would do it, I underestimated it, it's pretty spicy.

We ordered two shrimp ceviche tostadas and two spicy shrimp tacos from here for lunch. The tostadas were fresh and tasty but the star was the spicy shrimp tacos. I would put these up against any tacos in Tucson, period. The shrimp is great, the spice level is perfect, the texture is satisfying, portion is filling. One order comes with two corn tortillas, split the filling up to make two tacos and stretch out the enjoyment. Service is fast and friendly. Open air dining with plenty of space between tables provides a safe dining experience. Next time you're driving down Prince, there is no reason not to stop and try these spicy shrimp tacos.

This place is perfect. The fish tacos are the best I've had in the US. They make them using SeaBass, which is the best. The place is clean, and the people are nice. The prices are reasonable. And...they have a swamp cooler in the outdoor seating area, so the additional humidity adds to the atmosphere and feels more like you're near the ocean!!

Hands down the best fish and shrimp tacos in town. SO flavorful. We go there at least once/week and have turned our friends on to this place as well. We love how friendly the staff is and the owner is such a joy. Best hugs ever. Accommodations are basic and that's why we like it. Good food, inexpensive and friendly people. Definitely one of Tucson's best kept secret gems.
