Now, she lies in response to my review. I, too, have all emails to back up ALL of my allegations. She received a check for the remaining 8% and she know it. Here is the email to prove she received full payment. From Susanna..."And to top it all off, you know I don't accept checks. More complaining from him as well. I dont accept checks because they tend to bounce or the account all of a sudden gets closed. And I get stuck with the fees."Never was I told you don't accept checks until the day of the event. You can clarify the funds are there by a simple phone call to the bank. If you choose to not cash it, that's on you. But, I follow through on signed contracts unlike yourself. What a joke. Anyone interested in seeing emails backing up ANY of my statements may contact me here. I would be happy to share and prove my dissatisfaction with her I professionalism. The BBB also has this.

Hired Baja Mamas for our daughter's backyard wedding. We wanted an authentic Mexican Taquira spread, with food grilled on the spot. Everything was amazing. We had chicken, pork, beef and fried fish with beans, rice, fresh guacamole, pickled vegetables, and three salsas. They also made the most amazing fresh tortilla chips on the spot, at the reception - the folks from back east were blown away by those, as were we.Everything was fresh, delicious, well cooked and presented. We could not have been happier with these caterers. The prices were unbelievable for the amount of food and the service. I hope to hire them again.

Buyer BEWARE! This is a scam waiting to happen to you. "Senora, you did not check the little box on the contract that says you will pay an additional $25.00/hour per worker for me to serve your food for you. We do drop off only." Really? Then why did you promise to wrap the leftovers so the B&G could take them home? Did you say leftovers? Hahahaha. We ran out of food!!!!! Had to borrow tortillas from the venue owners and the last 2 tables got a choice of salad, rice and beans. Period. NO chicken, no beef and how many grilled scallions were there for a party of 120? Maybe 25 or so. PITIFUL. Not to mention the MOB and the FOB had to serve the food and portion out the tortillas, heaven forbid someone might take more than two? That's not the worst of it. The venue owners (so sweet! - check out Agua Linda Farm - sooooo AWESOME!) told Baha to pick up the food at the end of the night if they were not going to stay to serve. Well guess what? MOB and FOB returned to farm next day at 9am to clean up, dump the remaining disgusting fly ridden leftover food into the trash and clean the serving area. By 10am, BAHA had not yet come to the venue, so venue asked the that the utensils be removed from the property, getting the area ready for another celebration, perhaps. Totally rookie company. Please do not hire them if you want a professional, courteous and delicious event that is managed with care and completeness. I doubt Baha Mama will be allowed back at the beautiful Agua Linda Farms. Could have been a disastrous wedding had not everyone, including guests and venue owners, stepped in to help. Don't let Baha Mama ruin another wedding.
