A huge variety of upholstery and in huge rolls so there's no hunting for something with enough fabric. Plus the staff is very helpful in guiding you towards what will work best.

A little hard to find but worth the effort if you want affordable upholstery fabric and someone to help you. PROS: The fabric area isn't open to for the public to just browse, but the clerk (Hannah) seats you in a room with books to look through and she is very personable. You jot down your item and they will get you samples to take home. Most fabric is in stock; so you can have it off the roll if you've made your decision. The upholstery swatches I chose for dining room chairs was $16 -$22 per yard, heavy duty and well constructed.CONS: the website doesn't show enough choices and when I ordered samples on it I never got the. Hence, I went to the location.

What they have is a good selection. But I expected a display room and what I got instead or simply small book samples. The people behind the counter extremely friendly and helpful but really was disappointed by the lack of display
