Bai Thong is always an amazing stop! Whether I eat in or take it to go, the quality is always impeccable. My favorite dishes are the Tom Kha Gai and anything curry. The decor is beautiful and it's very comfortable inside and the employees are very friendly and help with any questions you have. SUPPORT LOCAL!!! this plaza has a lot of great local stops you can grab some occult items at nexus, then hit up cupagogo (discount w receipt from nexus), and then a delicious meal at bai thong :)

Wonderful food. I recommend the coconut soup and the chicken satay with peanut sauce. I am looking forward to coming here again.

I stopped by on a Thursday shortly after 7pm. There were three tables with diners, including one table of six people. All three tables had left within 15 minutes. It was a quiet meal.My server was prompt and friendly. I ordered chicken pad Thai medium spiced. Food came out hot within minutes and was well-portioned and presented. My dish was tangy more than spicy. Next time I will order my Thai food spicy.I would have given this dining experience five stars, but there was a long, gaping crack in the wall by my booth that bothered me. This crack traveled from the ceiling down toward the floor. It definitely needs to be fixed.

Delicious Thai food find in Tucson. The Panang curry and the Thai Toast were my favorite ( alert- the cucumber peanut sauce it comes with has a generous splash of fish sauce). The Panang curry had the right blend of each spice and I could have enjoyed as a stand alone soup as that broth is spot on! Your dishes don't all come out at the same time which we actually appreciated because they were each freshly made to order. Service was very attentive. Space for medium size groups. Located in a strip mall with decent parking.

Haven't had a "this doesn't taste Thai" dish yet. Feels like I'm eating in a restaurant in Thailand . Even though Bidenomics is happening ('inflation'), their prices were acceptable.Definitely will be eating there when I feel like a taste of Thai

This place came highly recommended by my fellow coworkers so I thought I'd give it a chance. Had a nice lunch the Kawr Pad was good and had some unique flavors. The waiter was also the cook so service was a little slow but not bad.

Ok. Firstly. I read on reddit and other forums how much I HAD to go here for THE most authentic delicious Thai in town. Cool. I eat a lot of lunches solo, so I am used to seating alone or at the bar area if a place has that option. I come here on a weds. around 1:20pm. The lunch rush is ending and I sit in my car until I physically can see only 2 remaining tables, the entire center of the restaurants had 4-6 person tables. All were empty. The booths were dirty but not seated in. I walk in, it takes like 5 min before I am noticed, again, all good. When he finally comes up to me, he points to the middle tables, I asked, Is it ok if I sit at one of the booths, I am aware they are still dirty, but I'll take it anyway, you get to it when you get to it, no hurry. He points at middle table and says, "No! Only these." So I decide eh.....I'll come back on a different day. OK, so yesterday, 9/29 I head in around 11:30. No one is there, I am seated in a booth, all is good in the world. Order the drunken noodles, I was not aware they are not part of the lunch special, though it seemed as if they are listed at the bottom of the lunch specials. Ok....again, no big deal. Here's the reason for the stars off. 1 off bc he was so rude the first time, and was very unpleasant this time when I asked for some siracha sauce. ( I am aware there is a shortage, so i said, or some sort of chili dipping sauce ) He looks at me and goes, "no." proceeds to bring me chili pepper flakes. The meal itself was sub par Not very "juicy" for lack of a better word. A few green pepper, the tofu was good. I just don't see myself going back. I had an iced tea and the druken noodles and it was 18 bucks. The server man was very unfriendly and I make it a purpose not to be annoying when I have to ask for things or explanations. Maybe he had a bad day but the attitude was off putting. The food was mediocre and I am going to try the other most listed spot next

Bai thong is a great thai restaurant with very flavorful dishes. The service was great as well. We will be returning to try other menu items.

This restaurant used to be so good, but it has gone down hill since the pandemic. Bai Thong used to be our go-to Thai food. Now, the food and service are terrible. If they made a mistake on your order, they'll be annoyed when you ask to fix it and wouldn't apologize either. We are going to try other thai restaurants. overall: 0/5We will NOT be backPad Thai 0/5Sooooo bland! This was not a one time occurrence. We like giving restaurants we used to love a few chances. The pad thai now only consists of a little bit of meat, mostly noodles, and a little bit of onions with soggy crushed peanuts and bean sprouts on the side. They no longer cook it with eggs or carrots or any tofu. The only flavor you can get out of it is spicy if you ordered spicy. They used to use Thai chilies to turn up the spice heat. Now they just use some bland spice sauce. It has heat, but not much flavor. They don't give you much meat either. If you ask for extra meat, they'll charge you for it with barely extra meat. Pad Prik King 1/5Again, used to be flavorful and now bland. The green beans didn't look good and the flavor is lacking with not much meat. ambiance: 2/5 busy and loud depending on time of daycleanliness: 2/5restrooms: did not useservice: 2/5 waitress is nice, but the cook (younger guy) is a bit of a jerk and sometimes he's the server as well. they need to get rid of this dudeparking: 4/5 off street lot

My return visit for the Green Curry lunch special. It was very tasty, just a tad more heat, than the red curry. Crispy egg roll and soup of the day comes with the special. Fast service, good food.
