Baggins is a pretty decent place for a sandwich or salad. My go to is the asian chicken bread bowl salad. The flavors are great, there is a good amount of protein, and your salad comes with a baby cookie to finish up your meal. I recently tried the Sundown aka thanksgiving on a roll. The flavors were great, I liked the tart cranberry against the other flavors. My biggest issue with Baggins is the bread. The bread bowl could be a little crispier to hold up to the salad and dressing. And the sub roll the Sundown comes on is just trash. It's super doughy like it's under-baked. There is absolutely no texture difference so my sandwich was just all soft bread, soft stuffing, soft turkey, etc. That sub roll needs to be replaced with a roll that has a little bit of a crust to hold up to wet ingredients and actually had a bite to it. If there was a crusty sub roll that sandwich would be delicious.

I'm sad. It was pretty freakin bad. Took a long time. Sandwich was not fresh, sloppy, missing ingredients and the bread was dry. I had ordered it out and didn't realize until I got home or I would have had them make a new one. I love bagging but idk what's up with the downtown location. I think they need an undercover boss situation to get things under control.

I ordered in the app. My sundown sandwhich was missing the cranberry sauce. Bummer, Sad face. When i went in i said im picking up an order. They asked was this the right location? Hubby got managers special grinder salad In a bread bowl. They told me oh we dont have bread bowl. Disapointed. They did give me an extra cookie. While i was there three ladies workin i was the only customer. My sandwhich was good, my noodle salad was good, hubby grinder salad was good too. The shop was clean.we will be back.

Two half sandwich specials that had crumbles of bacon and the thinnest slice of Turkey ever. $32... ridiculous! I know the cost of goods are up but this was the equivalent to a school lunch experience. We won't ho back. We won't recommend. So expensive for poor quality an quantity. Solid sandwiches and Covid-awareness.Placed an order for pickup and it was ready in 15 minutes. Got the grilled, Hopi chicken sandwich. Their sourdough is delicious, slightly toasted with a soft and cheery texture. Any sandwich with bacon and avocado is set up for immediate success.They require masks to enter the building and have tape on the floor delineating 6 feet of distance between customers. Hand sanitizer at the entrance, plexiglass between the cashier and customer, and you swipe your own credit card when you make the purchase.Would definitely make a repeat visit.

Tucsons best sandwich shop. Service is great and employees are always happy and friendly. Cozy dining area with 11 tables inside and 7 tables on the patio to enjoy the beautiful Tucson weather. Sandwiches are priced a little high but portions are big.
