Wow! So many cactus! Staff are wonderful and have a wealth of knowledge. Not only cactus, but lots of pots and knickknacks. Prices are reasonable and all plants are healthy. Must check out this cactus nursery.

For us, this is the premier place to hunt for the right cactus. They are as different as people. Today is smalls to fill pots we have ready to receive. Really nice choices. Very crowded today. Prices are up.

absolutely wonderful place! they had a huge selection with several sections of each variety scattered throughout. Chris made sure to help us find exactly what we were looking for (a decent sized San Pedro); it ended up being a great price for the size and quality we got. even though we live an hour away, the drive was definitely worth it :)

This place is a destination on its own. Huge nursery with interesting cacti, trees, plants and petrified wood. Its kind of like a museum and the woman who helped me was a fount of knowledge. I got several one gallon cacti for 1/2 of what I would pay in Houston--if you could even find it there. I had quite an enjoyable time touring the place and we'll be back asap for sure!

I have always liked this cactus nursery. They have a massive collection of cacti and succulents and always a helpful, knowledgeable staff person who can assist you in your garden design. This visit, however, was stupendous. We ran into Julie, who apparently knew every cactus and its flower color. She was very patient in explaining the different growth patterns and needs of various cacti. We went away with the right plants for our garden If you go to Bach's, see if Julie is around

I'm a happy camper "stuck" on "Bach's Cactus Nursery in NW Tucson... They are amazing ! About 45 years ago, shortly after they opened, I bought a small Saguaro Cactus, and named it "Spike." We have bought several other items plants and pots since then, but I'll continue to tell you about Spike. He (or she) was with us for 40 years, was moved to different states several times, and finally got too big for his britches...the concrete pot he grew up in. By this time Spike was several feet tall, and finally, after my wife died and I was away working in Siberia, and not there to take care of Spike, he died and toppled over on the floor one day. While in Tucson last month, I bought a new, 12" tall Saguaro Cactus and had it shipped across the country to my home. "Spike Junior" will now grow up in the same big Concrete Pot, and this time, I will try to take better and more consistent care to ensure Spike Jr. has a long, healthy life... may out live me be a century or two. . This place is incredible! If you are a cacti and succulent geek you will absolutely love this place. Its heavenly Staff if very helpful but otherwise leave you alone to browse.. ask which greenhouses and areas are open to public much of their space is off limits but they have several huge greenhouses packed with stuff to buy. Prices are really good too.

I have visited Bach's Cactus Nursery 2 times since finding out about it. I live in Phoenix and it has been worth the drive to see a huge selection of cactus. Both times I was there the staff went out of their way to help me find various species of Ferocactus. I plan to go back very soon.
