Az Watch and Jewelry Service

Both of my new Brighton smart watch bands were too big, so I brought them to AZ Watch & Jewelry. The bearded gentleman pointed out that the Telluride cuff band links were each removable, so I adjusted it myself later. The Coconut Grove watch band only cost $10 to have a link removed and now fits perfectly. The link and tiny post were returned to me in a small plastic bag. Very pleased with the quick service.

Awful customer service. Bought a $300 watch. Realized that night it wasn't keeping time. Brought it back next day to exchange. Very condescending sayingthey inspect watches, that I must have damaged it. The watch was only worn on the drive home!! They would not even exchange it! Will never shop here again! Very deceptive! Beware of this company!Only use to change a battery...do not purchase anything from this shop!!

Now I love watches and have many. This place does a good job in changing the watch bands. However, the price is expensive.

I had several watches that needed batteries. I also had one that needed a stem and crown. The gentleman took care of the ones that needed batteries while I waited. I left the other one with him. He was very nice and quick.I appreciated his manner very much.

This is the place for people like me who ridiculous about their watches, yes i am am that guy.I have been collecting watches as long as I can remember and there is up keep especially on the older ones. I first discovered this place about 10 years ago, when I was having problems with my band on one of my Tag Heuer's, I took it to all the high end stores and none of them could fix it, when a friend of mine told me about Az Watch, in the Tucson Mall. They said they were the best in town, I reticent at first to go to the mall of all places, to get a high end watch fixed. I did and they did a phenomenal job, and I have been a taking all my watches there ever since, from the cheap watch I got on the streets of Phnom Penh Cambodia, to my Tags, I would not trust anybody else with them. I am going in next month to have them fix my vintage Omega. Don't waist your time with anybody else!

Quick and easy replacement of batteries on 2 watches and a clock. Reasonable pricing and Sunday hours. Drawback to it being in a mall, but that's more a personal thing. I think the guy that works there has been there forever. He seemed a bit wacky and off-kilter. Not a slight by any means--just seemed like the kind of guy who spends a lot of time with watches (see what I did there?). Selection of goods, browsed while waiting, was minimal but nice. He had some antiques thrown in for good measure. Couldn't see prices so don't know how reasonable they are, but certainly some nice looking stuff. A bit of jewelry as well.

Stay away from this place. I brought in a diamond ring that I purchased at Daniel's Jewelers, with a loose prong to get repaired. The woman working there insisted it was a moissanite(?) ring and not a diamond. I immediately canceled the service request and went back in to the Daniel's and got my diamond tested and proven to be authentic. I can conclude this woman was trying to replace my diamond with some crap worthless rock of her own.

If the phone is busy, try again. This place is busy because of their good service and reasonable pricing.Autumn was gracious over the phone. She was busy with a customer when I got there but her bossImmediately came out and changed my watch battery immediately. I checked this place out because I was reluctant to go to my usual shop near me and Autumn was knowledgeable and nice over the phone.This shop even has better prices . I will definitely make this my " go to !"

I needed a battery for my Fossil watch. I was in the mall and happened to see this business. They replaced my battery right then and I was charged a reasonable fee. I will definitely return here in the future.

friendly and quick! needed a timex watch battery replaced and they had it done in 10 minutes for 20 dollars.
