Avery's Auto Repair is an outstanding repair facility in every way!! They were able to get my vehicle in within a few days and completed my repair without delays. After I scheduled my appointment, I ask if I could have several other issues checked and they attended to ALL of my request with out any delays. All of my issues, a water pump replacement' transmission service, differential service, oil change, AC service, and a brake flush... All completed as quoted and a little ahead of scheduled. Fair and reasonable prices. The shop is very clean and organized, employees professional and courteous, and rates very fair. I highly recommend this place if you need a good shop for your car repairs. Great experience!!

We've had to bring our son's truck here a couple of times and they always seem to do good work. They call when they say they are going to call, they tell you what the issue is and quote what it takes to get it done. I don't know how they compare on price to other shops as I haven't done that comparison, but they are definitely cheaper than the dealerships. If you need an honest and reliable repair shop, I would recommend trying Avery's.

I am so glad that I can rely upon Avery Auto for being able to make an appointment on short notice when I had a break in schedule. Not to mention I made my appointment on their website, and choosing a date and time, too! They didn't make me wait 2 weeks like the dealership does. Friendly, sincere, and kind customer service, too.

Service is excellent and unlike dealerships, no surprises and if something needs to be ordered, it's done within a day, not a week or two as I've experienced at my dealership.The quality of service and professionalism is outstanding and something I didn't know existed any longer.Excellent service, customer service and mechanics are first class.

For the past several years we have taken our cars to Avery's for service. We make appointments and let them do what's needed. We have never been disappointed in their service. Our cars have been trouble free since we started using them. We have survived without having breakdowns or car failures. Would not consider going to someone else. They are the best.

102000 mile check-upOnce again, a great service experience from Avery's! We were anticipating a large bill because of our high mileage, but the car only needed an oil change. That's one of the things I really appreciate about Avery's- unlike a dealer's service department, they have never performed unnecessary services on my vehicles, and the pricing was fair. And the car was ready 2 hours before the promised time- I can't ask for more reliable and consistently great care. Thanks Eric! You are the best!

Our service was very good and charge reasonable. Didn't try to inflate what was needed which was much appreciated. Our mechanic was excellent at communication. He explained what needed to be done and after completed, explained exactly what was done and why. He was also very pleasant and respectful. I dropped off my car in the morning, and was able to pick it up by end of day.

Multiple dash lights were going off, and things looked grim. Averys could have tried to sell me on an electrical harness overhaul, or blundered through multiple fixes trying to nail the problem down. Instead they immediately checked the gas cap and told me right away it was a minor issue. I was impressed by their honesty, knowledge and evidence-based diagnostic approach. They also did some other maintenance that went fine.

Stay away! Theives! Overpriced and charges for items not needed. Will never go back! Ban this place! Very skeptical on all the 5 star reviews.
