This is a beautifully curated space with an excellent selection of handmade and high quality goods. Avenue carries my favorite brands from all over and also offers custom made belts (I wear mine almost every day) and vintage. This is the perfect place to stop and get a gift for a loved one or yourself.

This is definitely a gem of a boutique with a gem of an owner! Avenue carries a fabulous collection of women's clothing that's unique, feminine, sexy, and stylish; and is fairly priced for considering the quality that Alexis, the owner, brings in. There's also gorgeous jewelry items, belts, scarves and other fab accessories! The store is so beautifully set up, that it's nice to cruise in and just admire the awesomeness. Alexis is a talented young woman with impeccable taste. She is also extremely welcoming and helpful. On my last visit, it was literally personalized service and thanks to Alexis, I selected some unique pieces that are definiltely the new superstars in my closet. This is definitely one of the best locally owned boutiques in town. So thankful!

I have been driving past this shop thinking to myself "I should stop in and check them out!" for YEARS. Bad me! I finally made a point to stop in this past week and what a gorgeous boutique! Their products range from home goods to clothing, & jewelry. They definitely curate to a particular style, which I would describe as being "classy boho". Their prices are high-end boutique prices, but they really do have beautiful pieces and I could see buying lovely, quality gifts there for people I love. I would also go back to shop when I am looking to treat myself. Their candles and jewelry are divine, and they had some super cute shoes and lingerie.

This is THE gem of boutiques in Tucson. The style and unique taste of the owner is a gorgeous combination of chic modern style. Alexis is the owner and not only does her store carry the most up to date style but she also has a wonderful selection of vintage items. Being a locally owned business she is conscious of the idea to keep it local with artist and craft people alike. Caring locally made jewelry, cards and accessories (such as some glass pieces my love made). Needless to say shopping at Avenue Boutique is a wonderful experience due impart to the love and care that is put into every detail. Whoever helps you in the store, either the owner or another associate are always extremely friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Avenue carries great designers, and fabulous jewelry that is always unique. Did I mention there is also decor for your home that is AWESOME!! Mirrors, chairs, sofas, pillows, home accessories...There is not enough great things that I can say about this boutique, but GO check it out!!

I really enjoyed shopping in this store! The owner was super nice and everything was beautiful! I was looking for Christmas presents, but unfortunately I found more for myself than for the people on my list. I did buy some great Christmas cards and intend to go back to shop for myself after the holidays ;)

I am convinced that this shop is owned by a robot or a heartless sad sad being. I purchased a $400 jacket online via garmentory.com in October. The jacket arrived and it didn't fit. I returned it promptly and was told that they would be getting my size in January. I was hoping to have a winter coat in time for winter weather, which is why I made this purchase in October. It's now mid January and garmentory.com let me know that the boutique actually will not be getting this coat in and due to their "all sales final" policy I will not be receiving a refund. I've emailed the boutique directly (tried to call, but there is not number listed.) several times and nobody has responded to me. I happen to own a boutique and have the same policy. The difference between me and this shop owner is that I have empathy and compassion for people during this time of Covid-19. We all know how challenging this has been for everyone. I've been incredibly flexible with my customers during this time because I value their support and I want them to return. After all, they are the reason why we are in business. $400 is a lot of money to me. I needed a winter coat for winter. The fact that my money has been locked into this boutique for the past 3 months is unacceptable. To find out that the coat is actually not coming in and that I'm expected to use a store credit for something else is upsetting. Especially since this boutique only has 2 other coats available that are also not my size. I believe the ethical and human thing to do in this situation would be to refund my $400.00. Instead, my money will sit in the shops bank account and I will remain coatless. This boutique sources "ethical" goods, but what is the point of this if the owner doesn't even practice ethics in her own business? My guess is that this shop owner opened this boutique as a hobby and actually doesn't rely on customers to stay afloat. I do not feel valued as a customer and will never support this business again. Their selfish practice during one of the most difficult times in American history is more than atrocious.

The clothes in the botique remind me of Urban Outfitters meet Anthropology. I love the style and how it displays pieces that are vintage Arizona fashion. Although I found numerous outfits I would've bought, paying $378 for a pair of cloth pants or $88 bralette I wouldn't suggest going in there in the intent to buy a wardrobe unless you're Kylie Jenner. I bought the exact same bralette (material and style) at forever 21 for $12. I enjoyed looking around but I know I will find the EXACT same fashion at various other stores (Nordstrom, Lord and Taylor, and Zara) for 1/3 the price. I rated it 3 stars because of the ridiculous prices. Be realistic.

The owner is the most supercilious shopkeeper in Tucson. She thinks she is better than you, and it shows despite her trying to hide it. Wake-up call: you're the one having to sing for your supper and getting paid to serve me, not the other way around. So let's be realistic here. She is also either not very familiar with her products or an outright liar. She claimed that an item I was looking at was 100% linen, when it was a blend of linen and cotton. Her items are WAY overpriced. Yes, they are better quality than the average in Tucson, but one does not necessarily have to pay an arm and a leg to obtain clothing made of natural fabrics. The sizing is also off. For example, her pyjamas are way too large on the top, but too small on the bottom. She was asking over $300 for these simply because they are 100% cotton (or was it linen? cannot recall). I am glad I did not allow myself to get ripped off, because I simply walked over to Marshall's down the street, and obtained an accurately sized Kate Spade 100% cotton pyjama set for one sixth of the price. $300 is what one pays for cotton pyjamas made in England by a bespoke company, not for pyjamas made by a local from Tucson who overcharges simply because she is the only store in town that sells mostly natural fabrics clothing, and is located right next to a natural foods store on a main avenue. She would not even give me a few dollars' discount on a sale item, even though I only asked because her credit card system was not functioning properly, and as I do not make it a habit of carrying cash, I only had a few dollars less than the price of the item. This is considering that at the time I asked, I was ready to spend over $400 in her store. All in all unpleasant, and unpleasant enough that, over 6 months after my visit, I still remember enough to waste my time writing this review.

Guys! This place is a GEM. I don't know why it doesn't get more love, and I don't know why it isn't some sort of Tucson "Best Of." Avenue Boutique is far out of my price range (it is three Yelp dollar signs), but whenever I am back in town I treat myself to two or three pairs of earrings because they consistently astonish me in their selection, style, and quality. All of my jewelry basically is from here, and I get showered with compliments whenever I wear it in public (so really Avenue = daily compliments. It's great.) I currently live in Manhattan and I can say with total honesty that Avenue blows a lot of the cute little boutiques here we're famous for out of the water; plus, it gives me great joy to inform all of my complimenters that my earrings are from *gasp* Arizona! I catch my favorite bloggers wearing things from Avenue all the time, and when I find a particular brand I love from Avenue I'll hunt it down only to see that the cheapest place to get it is... Avenue. The owner is also lovely and consistently helpful. Sales associates here don't follow you around the store, which might be why other reviewers have called them aloof; if you need help though, they're delightful. At the very least, if the clothing isn't your style, the store itself is so beautiful and aesthetically pleasing -- worth walking through for that alone!
