I have a church who is a customer of mine call me on Friday after lunch needing a special print job done. The printer that they usually use couldn't complete their short run job prior to 5 PM, so she was looking for some help. I reached out to Heather at Automated Property Services at 1:43 PM. She listened to what was needed and clearly understood the first time. She was very knowledgeable and very thorough. I emailed the file to her. She emailed me back at 2:47 PM to say that the job was ready for pickup. I could not have been more impressed with her level of customer service and support. I originally used APS to print a book I wrote. Heather was AMAZING to deal with. The prices were better than the previous printer I used, and the service was stellar. Since then I have used them for postcard mailers for our real estate business and again, I am impressed. I have referred several friends to them as a result.

I have used APS several times and the quality of their work is excellent. My jobs are always done on time and all the staff is always very friendly and helpful. As a Marketing Manager I highly recommend them to others that have marketing material needs. My contact is Heather Snapp and she is one of the best Representative I have dealt with over in my 25 years Marketing/Sales career. In my most recent project Heather made a suggestion on how to make my project look better and was she ever right.
