We got fed up with the terrible service department at the car dealerships so we switched both of our cars to Autohaus Tucson. We can always get a hold of them, service on our cars is always done in a timely manner, and they just know the cars better. We trust that they take good care of our cars and actually pay attention when there is an issue. Happy that we made the switch and we are supporting a local business at the same time!

My problem was a code . Tele aide inoperative Connect diagnostics to dlc computer follow directions clear. The shop wanted like 300 and two hours my mechanic did it for 144 and came to my house. It took 15 minutes .,The dealer wanted 210 booked for two weeks might not might work .My mechanic. Com saved me.

I was referred here for my Mercedes. Horrible customer service! I wouldn't do business here under any circumstance. The manager Jon has zero customer service skills. I won't even explain what my 45-second interaction was after waiting 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. First impressions are everything!

THANK YOU JOHN, JEREMY & NATHAN. Yes I know all caps equates to "yelling" but in this case I'll yell from the rooftop their awesomeness! It would take a novel to explain what I have been through with my car and the local dealerships, a wrong diagnostic, etc. Too much to explain. The guys were amazing and invested in my safety. They were empathetic to a very unique situation that I was in regarding timing and having to travel to another state. They put my mind at ease as they found and fixed the actual problem. Now I have a car that no longer has a check engine light on and it's safe to drive! They were more than fair in pricing and service is unparalleled! I found my new auto peeps. Feeling blessed!

After reading several highly complimentary reviews on FerrariChat, I took my F430 to Autohaus for several serious issues. Autohaus's Ferrari expert, Chris, diagnosed the problems, provided several solutions - including several cost-saving measures, and went on to successfully sort out everything.Even if a Ferrari dealership were to open in Tucson, I would continue to take my car to Authhaus. My experience has shown that they are professional, expert, trustworthy, and offer very fair pricing.Autohaus is highly recommended.

I needed help with an engine warning light on my Porsche during a long distance trip. The local dealer could not look at it until several days later. I brought the car to Auto Haus. The problem was diagnosed within a few minutes. a part was ordered and installed the same day. I really wish this business had a shop near my residence ! Highly recommended.Tom

Where does one begin to describe the underwhelming service at the Tucson BMW and Mercedes dealerships? As my grandmother oft stated, "If you can't say something nice, say nothing at all." Hence, we shall leave my initial impressions unstated. Upon listening to my complaints, a friend recommended Autohaus to service our BMWs and Mercedes. Picture a thirst laden, weary soul, sore of foot and spirit, having traversed the desert and happening upon an oasis. I nearly wept with relief. I was, however, taken aback by the two Ferraris, multiple Porsches and other bespoke autos being serviced. How expensive was this going to be? Dear reader, it was extremely affordable. Further, my car was thoroughly checked and I even received advice on a different car at no charge. Unlike the local dealerships, the staff was responsive. It was easy to schedule the maintenance for my car and they did not overbook clients so I was able to wait in comfort in their front office while they performed an efficient oil change and check. I was able to observe as several people stopped by to check in or pick up their autos. Every customer appeared to have a personal relationship with the staff, whether they owned a Ferrari with costly repairs or a late model BMW. Everyone was, well, for lack of a better word, happy. Unlike U2, I have found what I was looking for and I couldn't be more pleased. Rather than feeling a sense of dread at the prospect of waiting on hold for some massive beleaguered conglomerate to pick up the phone, I can now look forward to scheduling the entire family's car maintenance and repairs.
