Here's a rewritten version of your review:---I was tying not to give 1 star because there is no rating selection that is required for the service I did not received, it is not available to select. I must give this company 5 negatives, no stars!!! This is the third time Authorize Appliance Repair has sent someone out to repair my upright freezer. The same guy came out the first two times. The first time, he needed to order a part. The second time, he came out with the compressor put it on the freezer and said, "Give it 24 hours, and it should be working." It doesn't take that long for a freezer to get cool. I checked it all day and night, and it was completely HOT! I trusted him like a dodo bird.Today was the third time, but a different guy came. He asked if the first repair guy had gotten it running, and I told him 'no.' He replied, "That's not like him." I don't know, but I don't like him (his ways of not repairing my freezer). The second repair guy said he needed to order a part just like the first guy. This time, it's the compressor. They seem to be playing a game with my freezer called, "I'm not going to fix you freezer, Ha-ha!" Each time they come, it's the same ending: not fixed. I heavily rely on my freezer. In the meantime, I'm driving 30 miles each way to the store because I can't stock my freezer. Shouldn't the repair guys know what they are doing? Somebody knows something.

I made an appt for 4/5 and requested the afternoon due to work issues. I didn't receive a call in the morning. I was home by 12:15. No one showed!On 4/6 I called them and they said the appointment was that day. I know it was on the 5th! I explained that I didn't receive a call this morning anyway. The woman spoke with the driver and he could fit me in between 12 and 12:15 today. I said I could probably leave early but there was no way I could with no notice and I wouldn't be able to get there in time anyway! She said that "this is the time he could fit in his schedule today." HIS schedule! I'm the customer. And I have to work with these people because of my warranty and where I bought it!

Dishwasher repair/error code fixed fast and well. They do authorized appliance company repairs (Bosch for me) and they respond fast and do great work. Griselda is a pure asset by the way; she takes the calls.

I have a dishwasher still under warranty. The workman called first time on a day I had other appts. and would not be home. Tentatively rescheduled, told them I needed at least a days notice (we run an animal rescue with 27 dogs and over 50 animals in total) to insure I would be here. Instead they called at 7:30 on the day they decided to come out...woke up the entire household...including my husband who gets to bed at 4 AM.All the dogs started barking...could not hear him and told him I had to go in another room to hear him...and so he hung up.Had to get up, find their number and call. Was told they can't call the day before because they don't get their schedule til that morning...which isn't true because the girl on the phone set up an appt. for next week. I told them to have him call be after 9AM to let me know time.Hopefully this third time we can get things worked out.

They charged my 70 year-old widowed mother-in-law nearly $700 to fix an ice maker. We live out of state, so I asked them to charge me the final $325 balance (which ended up being $445). I left a credit card on file with the customer service representative AND told the technician Miguel to make sure my mother-in-law did not get charged and they still charged her.Took three trips, even though I told them what needed to be replaced after the first trip. Presuming the response will be that the parts were expensive, but it still does not explain or justify charging someone nearly $700 to fix an ice maker, especially a 70 year-old widow on a fixed income.Ice maker now works. Miguel was generally a pleasant and competent technician. $700 to fix an ice maker is not acceptable. You can buy an entirely new fridge with an ice maker for about $1,000-1,100.

ATS is great. Our technician, Joe, was easy to work with, explaining everything to us. Our BOSCH (!!! I know right, never breaks down; excellent buy) dishwasher had a code come up - and that code was specific to my model, so interesting and an easy fix. This is a receptive company who works with you to solve your problem.

I wanted to write a review on the service technician that came out to fix ourbrand new G E Profile dishwasher. Bill was exceptional and very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. The company on the other hand did nothing to move along our repair which took over 3 months to get done. My new dishwasher was installed on 1/20/23 and after 2 uses was leaking and parts came apart on it. I called and made an appointment on 3/27 and was told that it would be looked at on 4/27, a month later. I was not happy and after several other cancellations from ATS it was finally fixed this past Wednesday. I would have given a 5 star but the 4 is because of Bill.
