ATL Wings

Hands down THE best wings we've ever had in Tucson!Tried ATL Wings last night and was greeted warmly by Samoa when we came in. The place was pretty empty but during our time there, multiple groups came in and Samoa handled them all beautifully. You're supposed to order at the bar but Samoa came to our table with her tablet and helped us. She even brought out magnetic cushions for the metal bar stools. Now for the important part, THE FOOD. We ordered bone in wings: lemon pepper, ATL rub and medium heat red sauced wings. So crispy, so delicious and really good, meaty wings. ATL Wings makes their own ranch and Bleu cheese sauces and they are so good. We also had fries, regular and ATL spiced. Both are excellent and wouldn't you know it.... they cut their own fries too! The style of fries resemble In-N-Out's fries but are 100 times better. We also tried the fried biscuits which are deep fried and then dusted with powdered sugar and drizzled in honey. A really nice way to finish off your meal. They've got a full bar and have 8 or 10 Kool-Aid adult beverages that look like a lot of fun however I was warned that the drinks are super sweet and I don't enjoy sweet drinks so Samoa made me an excellent mule. The place is roomier than I expected. A full dining room with plenty of seating, bar seating and an outdoor patio with multiple tables. Lots of TVs inside and on the patio too. We had excellent service, exceptional food and all at reasonable prices. ATL is a definite winner for us.

The manager, Simone was completely rude. I walked in to have lunch. I was going to toward the restroom to wash my hands. She yelled out, are you a customer? I said, yes I'm going to wash my hands. She said, well restrooms are for customers only. At that point, I decided that her attitude just lost her customer. Absolutely rude and she does not need to be in any sort of managerial role. She was completely rude and this is unacceptable. I would never ever spend my money in this business because of her.DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.

I suggested we go to Wingstop -- my friend insisted on ATL Wings. Thus begins my TERRIBLE experience with ATL wings. While dining on their patio, my daughter and her friend unintentionally caused an outdoor heating unit to topple over. I inspected it, noticed that a bolt appeared to be loose and the top was a bit dented. Looked over at the other unit, it had a similar dent and had probably been knocked over in the past as well. This units were mounted on wheels and was neither bolted down nor secured with sandbags--a glaring safety hazard in a public area frequented by families and children. I have been to many restaurants with similar units -- they are always secured with weighted sandbags at the very least. Rather than acknowledging this negligence, the manager immediately demanded a payment of $70 for repairs without conducting any assessment for actual damage. This abrupt and unprofessional response attempts to shift the burden of the establishment's own safety failings onto its patrons. ATL Wings has a duty of care to ensure that all equipment is safely installed and poses no risk to guests. The unsecured heating unit represents a breach of this duty and could have resulted in serious injury. I will be following up with this business to see if the repairs are actually made to this unit -- we will see if they want to be true to their word or if they will choose to engage in misrepresentation/fraud.TL;DR: Wings fine. Service terrible (started before any of the above took place)

Their wings are phenomenal and you can order drums or wings. Don't let the bad service deter you order to go remember your number least communication with these fools is the best.Service is rude & lame, work for your tips ladies. These girls rather shoo you away from the bar rather than stock it and fill your order. I was shoo'd away from the bar twice tonight waiting for them to change the blue moon draft. When I asked if I could stand here, by the bar, I was called rude for asking!!! The place was not full for this behavior. Chances are they don't stock for their shifts they don't care . Hopefully they get better staff, to improve their sales at least... come on guy's are you in business or what!?! . This is my neighborhood Bar& Wingstop. Get better!! Can't imagine going back seeing the same people, Good luck. It's just chicken wings!!

The service here was friendly and very accommodating. I had the traditional 6 wings with garlic parmesian mix on top and a fresh salad with cheese and blue cheese dressing. Had a small mistake by the kitchen but the host (both of them) took care of it right away: these 2 young ladies checked on us several times to make sure we were satisfied with our orders. We enjoyed sitting out back in the patio where there were TVs for sports watchers. The food was great and I will definitely come back for the garlic parmesian wings with salad.

Always a good stop! Good wings. Good fries. Good choices. Eat in and you can have a variety of drinks such as beer, cocktails or sodas. I particularly like the dry rubs. The wet is good too. Nice choices.

The wings here are fantastic! Love that they have koolaid on tap. The service is excellent and the place is clean.

Trash azzz food and service. We finally ate here on 12/15/2024 since they opened this ATL location and disappointed is all we were. It took alalmost e0 minutes for our order only to get our food made incorrectly. The French fries were soggy and greasy. The bone in wings were dry (over cooked) and lacking the ATL style flavor. Those wings were also missing the hot sauce. The staff were barely friendly, unless you are a regular here.mangment/owner jus stood in the corner kickn it with a select customer base. No beverage options for sugar free or diet drinks. The staffs lack of concern for the quality of the items served is very obvious. Our family will never return or recommend ATL It was truly a waste of money & time eating here.

Try surprised on the flavor on the wings here. Me and my brother got the lemon pepper bone in wings and they were amazing Great outdoor section with all the college football games on was also great,

The workers are some crabby ass bitches not allowing me to get a drink with my ID. An ID card never expires.
