After having a bad experience at another PT, I Yelped and called Noonan. Jacob answered the phone and went above and beyond to get me in right away. He was polite, compassionate and kept in constant communication with me while all the paperwork, insurance, expedited authorization was handled. Yesterday I had my first of 18 visits after shoulder surgery with Emily. I instantly felt a rapport with her and genuine care for my recovery. I did not feel rushed. It was so refreshing to feel like I have an expert partner in this process. Extremely Happy!Paula Lajoie :)

This year has been rough on me. I've had back issues and multiple surgeries. After the surgeries, I wasn't excited to start physical therapy because I've been to a few in town that seem to only focus on sports injuries and less on regular people and their surgeries. But it's different here at Noonan PT. You can feel confident that you're going to get the best care regardless of why you're coming through their doors. I have been working with Mike Noonan on and off for most of this year. He has so much information and knowledge, and he's willing to share it and explain it as much as you need (and want) to fully understand it. He's tailored my recovery to my specific issues, which I didn't get at other PT offices I've been to in town. His plan is working for me extremely well. I didn't think it was possible, to be honest, but I don't know where I'd be in this painful process if I hadn't chosen Noonan PT.He also spends a lot of time one-on-one. The staff doesn't overbook themselves in an effort to give people personalized and attentive care. I really feel valued and important because they focus on me and help me through each and every visit. Recently, I had a separate issue that was causing interference with my back exercises. I expressed my fear of it to Dr. Noonan. I told him I didn't want to do a specific exercise because of it. He listened to me carefully, but encouraged me to give it a try. He did the exercise first, demonstrating exactly how I should be doing it. He specifically reminded me to breathe, which, believe it or not (I didn't think it was going to help at the time), forced me to use the correct muscles instead of the incorrect ones which was inducing the pain. He was so encouraging and he took the time to listen and get me through it. He doesn't know it, but I almost broke down in tears right there. Having someone spend that kind of time to help me feel better was overwhelmingly positive, and I'm still pushing myself even harder to get around the emotional toll this year has put on me because of that single interaction. His tech, Freddy, is also awesome! He's such a nice guy. There have been some days that I've been pretty down about either my pain, or other life events, but spending time with Freddy always changes the course of my day. He's always smiling, and I really believe positivity is a large factor in healing and being willing to do the work to try to help yourself heal. But he's not only a friendly face, he also helps with stretching and exercising. He watches to make sure you're always keeping form to avoid injury. He's knowledgable and patient, and always willing to help you fully understand an exercise and why you're doing it (what purpose it serves in your recovery process).I've also had massages with Jennifer. She's great! She's a relaxed and kind person, who makes the experience very peaceful. She also takes a great deal of time to understand my aches and pains, and tailors the massage accordingly. I've always been scared of getting a massage, in fear of someone not really understanding my back issues. But I feel very comfortable with Jennifer, she knows exactly what she's doing! The front office staff is friendly, helpful, and they're always on the ball. Insurance stuff gives me fits, but I haven't had to deal with it at all because they do it all for me. It's great to not have to worry about it!The office is always immaculately clean. The rooms and tables are disinfected after each patient, and all the linens are replaced. I feel totally safe at Noonan PT because you can tell they're careful and thoughtful about their cleanliness.I'm so happy I found Noonan PT! They've helped me more than they probably know, and I'm thankful for them. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone looking for physical therapy and/or massage.

Noonan Physical was all around wonderful. From the front desk to the PT and the assistants. Kylie was awesome and really helped me recover from rotator cuff surgery. Physical therapy at this place made the recovery process so much better than I ever thought it could be. My range of motion has dramatically increased and my pain is almost non-existent. I will miss seeing the people that made my life better.

I highly recommend Noonan PT (Central Office.) Mike, and his tech Cassie, are top notch in the profession. They rehabbed my fractured hip and my rotator cuff injury. And get this: they listen, they take time, they care. I'm very satisfied with the treatments and the results. Guess I'm ready for Dancing With The Stars now.

I suspect that "Noonan" is a synonym for "Miracle Worker." Dr. Mike Noonan and his team are incredible. After being treated for spinal nerve impingement problems, my range of motion has increased dramatically, while my pain has diminished correspondingly. The tingling sensations in extremities are receding (as predicted by Dr. Noonan). I look forward to my final treatments and the complete recovery. Best of all, it's like visiting with a group of long-time friends. I wish all medical facilities were like this!

Absolutely thrilled with the services provided at this office. Leila at the front reception is a rockstar at her job. I was in for 3 1/2 months last fall-winter and am back again this fall, she immediately recognized me by voice to set up the new first appointment and when I handed her the paper for additional sessions after the first visit she had already booked all of sessions remembering from the first round that I like first of the day appointments. Always with a smile and warm greeting for everyone! Kim, the lead in the hand therapy group, is ABSOLUTELY wonderful to work with. Very personable and a pleasure to converse with. Superb knowledge of her field, attention to the patient, and great recall.

The staff at this location is amazing! They remember your name and you're not just another patient - you're a person here. Rusty is amazing and will push you to the max. Norberto helps you and educates you on your progress and process. And Jessica is the sweetest thing there. Even though I leave in pain I come back every week because of the staff and the progress I see!

I had a terrible experience with a female staff member trying to schedule an appointment for me at the central location. She was abrupt and rude. After I asked a question about getting scheduled, she simply hung up on me. I will never use this organization based on how rude the individual that called me trying to schedule an appointment was. There are a lot of choices and this is not one I will ever use.

I will start by saying everyone here was so kind. However, I didn't receive treatment that actually helped my shoulder heal. The hand specialist was wonderful, but I never actually saw a PT that I am aware of. I have sought help elsewhere. The staff was wonderful and I'm sure this is a fluke, but I was personally disappointed in my results.

This has nothing to do with the treatment I received from the physical therapist, which was great. My problem is that I was assured by the office staff they would accept Medicare-only for six rehab treatments and not charge me anything. After all of the treatments were complete, they encouraged me to do additional treatments. After one treatment, they demanded payment so I discontinued the additional treatments. Then they sent me a comprehensive bill for the earlier six treatments. I called the office manager and complained - she implied that I was lying about the prior agreement. I wasn't.
