They had secret meetings with Maria Loffreda and the Board of Jon Unger Pam Johnson and Ms Unger and others Debbie Evans who said they will help us to do the things we don't want to do ! Daniel went to one of three " emergency meetings during summer holidays and Labor Day I guess they underestimated old people but my brother who is A Attorney the Attorney General and the Arizona Dept of Real Estate for Maria Loffreda getting homeowners homes told " if you don't vote yes to associa management your home values will plummet and you'll never be able to get your home sold without Associa private management we will go into dissolvement " they coach board members how to get the contract for them not sure what's in it for those they " hire to help them sell " if one star reviewed companies and tens of thousands of dollars you want to give away sounds reasonable than the cartels and mafiosa style management is what they adhere to . Charging and not answering the phones my sister lives nearby cartels ranches and she says anytime your dealing with companies that don't care about customers they are owned by the Mexican mafia and cartel friendly cousins sisters daughters sons and wives ! Now I have people following me and blocking me from driving in my own country! So yeah they are terrible they don't know how to manage and they get contracts by questionable means ! Run don't walk away . Canoa HOA hired them and there are reposts of owners not being able to sell their homes because of seven thousand dollar levies on their parcels . When you do this too denies it constitutes senior fraud and not sure if this is legal in Canada and Mexico's legal jurisdiction but in USA you cannot tell a board member to delete all a homeowners emails and don't answer the phone . Your rating says a lot. You people are utterly worthless and stupid. We have had not a single good experience with you and after hearing why the Villages of La Canada dropped you, I have to say you are not to be trusted either. Your quality of service if an F. Our neighborhood is falling down a hole and you can't manage to enforce anything, but you send letters for stupid non existent issues. Fed up. And clearly I'm not the only one that believes this. Associa ArizonaThe only thing you could possibly do is pay me back for the cost to rebuild my wall. Fire your employee for holding up my title to sell my home and all because of a complaint about the placement of my 4-year-old wall. The public needs to know how your company works. How you are held hostage if you don't do what Associa tells you to do. It has to be criminal. Look at the stories on Yelp. They are almost all negative.

RE: Associa Tucson (N. Oracle Rd.)The communication with this company has been terrible. They have an online software (Town Square) for reporting issues, requests, etc. that sounds great on the surface. However, when you submit a request, they respond back that they will look into the matter, they then immediately change the status of the request to "closed", then you never hear back with an answer. Apparently, "we'll look into it" is their idea of an answer. We have a neighbor who moved into our community in February (it's now December) who still has not received any communication from Associa regarding documentation, HOA dues, etc. After numerous unanswered phone messages, he attempted to see them in person at the Tucson (N. Oracle Rd.) location and they refused to help him. He was told to call and make an appointment. He explained he had tried calling multiple times but they still would not assist him. We dealt with a very similar issue when we moved into our community one year ago, but not nearly as bad as our neighbor. Associa Tucson needs to get their act together!

I am president of our HOA in Tucson. Associa is the best property management company we have ever had.New management was brought in and the old group from Lewis Mgmt Resources were shown the door.We have an excellent property manager, letter perfect ledger, comprehensive reports, great vendors, responsible staff and more than our monies worth of great services and value for the money.Accounting is outstanding and all calls, issues and problems are answered and attended to in a timely manner.This is a great partnership and we are 100% satisfied with the service we receive.There is nothing to complain about. 5 Star Service from a very professional company.

They truly give no qualms about continuing violations after the 1st violation was paid and paperwork was submitted for the fix and approved. All the paperwork says we have a year, but then to get it done in a timely manner. Apparently planting landscape in the winter sounds preferrable to them. So then it can die and the landscape violations continue to rake in their money. Christina and John seem to be unhelpful and ineffective to communicate with thoroughly, but happily send the violations.

These people are god awful we had a robbing in CDON a car hijacking, which these people are in charge of, and also the wall in the front of the property at CDO complex is totally broken down something they should fix and has been broken down for months, but instead we have 2 neighbors that are part of the association going around on their little white golf cart picking out little things that they think is wrong. When really, they need to think about the bigger priorities and people in the office are horrible. They need to get the gate guy back or this is going to keep happening. I do not feel safe in in this neighborhood and neither does my 83-year-old grandmother
