I HAD A TEN YEAR OLD RUG WASHED HERE, MANY PUPPY STAINS!I tried to buy another, but there were none to compare to this style.So a friend advised for Asian Trade... Two lovely young men came,took the rug, and within a week or so brought it back in clean andgood condition. They replaced it where I wanted it, and they wereoff, back to work.I am very pleased.

We have a very old Persian rug that needed some help. The rug was cleaned and repaired. Looks new. Thanks guys.

Hannah was able to assess the value and likely origin of a silk panel rug i inherited, through pictures, analyzing color and style. She was very professional, knowlegeable and sensitive, and took her time explaining things to me. Highly recommend.

Very nice staff - knowledgable, friendly, helpful and because of all the choices, patient as I sorted through several small rugs. They recommended I take 2 different designs and return the one my folks did not prefer, and that was a good call.

I googled and yelped looking for a rug cleaner for my Asian Rug and Asian Trade Rug Company came up in my search. I called and spoke to Tomas who was very professional, prompt and helpful. Tomas came out to my house in Queen Creek, AZ, picked up my rug and cleaned it. This was the first time I've had the rug cleaned in over 20+ years since I purchased it. The pictures that Tomas sent me after the rug was cleaned was amazing to say the least. It had never looked so clean even when it was originally purchased back in Costa Mesa, CA. Tomas then had the rug FedEx overnight back to me. The entire process was so painless and efficiently completed. I would definitely return again and again.

I developed a newfound appreciation for the art of making these fine rugs, some of which take years to make! Hannah, General Manager was a delight to work with, very patient, and took the time to include my 9-year-old niece in the discussion about different rugs. Hannah is the bomb when it comes to good customer service. She took the time to explain to me about some of the different types of rugs. I came in with some pictures of my rugs and she identified where they came from and the proper care they required. The store has beautiful rugs. I will certainly be back.

I think Asian Trade Rug Company used the wrong solution to clean my wool rug. I had it professionally cleaned before I moved to AZ and it came out beautiful then. Now on one end of the rug parts of the pattern which were light cream-colored are dark tan. On the other end the rug it is not discolored. How did that happen? The edge of the light cream-colored fringe is unevenly stained brown. Before returning it to me, they asked for another $100 to clean the fringe which was not stained at all when I sent the rug for cleaning. In short, I wish I had not had Asia Trade Rug Company clean the rug. It looked better before they worked on it. The delivery people are first-rate.
