This is the second time within 2 months my lover had sent me flowers from Artemis Designs and I have had the same problem with their flowers and have had to call them to complain and have them come pick them up to be replaced for fresh flowers and to top it off I'm always sent 2-3 arrangements at a time and it's a shame that they aren't even appealing to the eye. I'm critical because I used to work at a floral shop and know after a week, flowers were considered old therefore be discarded and a new shipment would bring us fresh flowers, in this case she still sells week old flowers in her arrangements. Another way of telling flowers are old is the fowl smell of the water the stems sit in. From now on I'm giving my lover a different number to call that I know for sure won't be from Artemis

This is the worst place I have ever experienced!!! I called them to deliver a large valentines bouquet to my elderly mother which I'm not sure how many more valentines she will be here for and they said no problem we can deliver!!! Well NO DELIVERY!!!! She NEVER got her flowers period!!!! I should have know better when I called and had to talk to both sisters as they were sooo "frazzled"!!! Now it is valentines and no flowers for her and they are not even open on Saturday AND you can not even leave a message on their machine!!!!! NEVER EVER USE THIS PLACE EVER!!!! this is the first review I've ever written as I have never been so upset before. I don't even think they deserve one star!

Ordered through 1-800 flowers and Artemis Designs was the florist whom delivered. STAY AWAY. Arrangement's flowers looked sad upon delivery and a few hours later in a 73 degree office -massive amounts of petals have dropped from this poorly designed arrangement. Contacted 1-800 and after seeing a pic they couldn't apologize enough and issued me a total refund. ARTEMIS DESIGNS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL -they don't answer their phone. They also hide their poor reviews by stating they are temporarily closed on Google. Summer or not -this is piss poor work.

Ordered flowers online and they contracted with this flower shop. I worked in a flower shop in my teens and I knew from the picture that I received that they sent old flowers. Additionally, the arrangement looked NOTHING like the picture from online and the amount of roses in the original picture were no where near to the arrangement I paid for. The hand written card was barely legible and the ink smeared all over the card. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I ordered a floral cross through The Sympathy Store for my dad's service which was held yesterday. The Sympathy Store then contracted with Artemis Designs. The white floral cross had broken, wilted and browned flowers in it. It was obvious the florist used aged flowers. I even wondered if it was a recycled floral cross from another service. There were only two floral arrangements at my dad's service so I was quite disappointed in the shabbiness of the cross. My sister ordered a casket spray which went through Throop Florist and it was beautiful. I do not recommend Artemis Designs. After reading the other Yelp reviews, if I had known Artemis Designs was responsible for Dad's floral cross, I would have canceled the order and gone with well-known and long-standing Tucson florist instead. I urged The Sympathy Store to stop sending orders to Artemis Designs.

I was lucky enough to wander into this little hole in the wall flower shop a few days ago and am so glad I did. Diane, the owner, helped me after I said I had no idea what to get my wife. She suggested a $25 bouquet and put it in a vase for me. I could not believe how many flowers were in there. Usually, something like this would cost at least $40 at a grocery store and not be anywhere near the quality. She was so helpful and kind and I just say, she's my go-to from now on. I highly recommend you visit.

My friend, who lives out of state, sent me flowers from Artemis for my birthday last week and the white roses were already turning brown and were dead in a couple of days. Maybe they pawn off bad flowers hoping the out of state buyers won't ever see them? Two stars because the arrangement was pretty, just half of it was almost dead.
