ARQ Smart just delivered and installed a large piece of glass for my home and I wanted to write that the entire experience working with them was as perfect as it gets. When I emailed requests for quotes to 4 different companies, they responded within 15 minutes that they were working on the quote and then got back to me with that quote within a couple of hours. I thanked them for that and then was waiting for their competition to respond but during that time, they came back to me with an even better quote because they had kept on it and found a better price from a different supplier. I heard back from two other companies two days later and I never heard back from the other one so, once again, I had the impression that customer service is a dying art in this country.So, ARQ Smart really understands how important it is to be quick, responsive, and service-oriented throughout the entire process. They gave me good updates throughout the time the glass was being fabricated and the guys were very friendly and smooth on the delivery and installation.ARQ Smart has a strong focus on commercial projects and this happened to be glass work for my home. But I am a manufacturing business owner and I can recognize right away the kind of vendor that I am always looking for in my business; not just a supplier but a team with the attitude of a true partner who can help make something happen quickly and dependably to help me serve MY customers.I strongly recommend these guys; their dedication to their customers and their business is fantastic!
