Arizona Wholesale Windows

I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Arizona Wholesale Windows and Doors (520-624-5377) for not only their excellent service, but their great pricing! We recently had 5 windows replaced and we were extremely impressed with the entire process. My husband and I had quotes from both Tucson Windows and Doors and Arizona Wholesale Windows & Doors and we couldn't believe the difference in both attitude and pricing. Augie, the owner, from Arizona Wholesale came out and gave us price for the 5 windows we needed. He quoted Anlin windows and showed us that they'd match in both style and color with what we currently had since we didn't have to replace them all. There was no pressure, he was extremely pleasant, and simply said to think about it and let him know if we decided to go with them. THEN, Tucson Windows came out with a whole spiel and showed us Anderson windows (which are expensive and hard to get parts for as well as the fact they don't match what we currently have) and the Anlin. The salesman boasted that they were the only ones to sell Anlin and how great they were...come to find out, they sell one style (which looks exactly like the ones we purchased from Arizona Wholesale). To say we were FLOORED by the pricing from Tucson Windows and Doors is an understatement. For the (almost exact) same windows, they shared with us THREE pricings. One which was good for a year (3.8 times what we ended up paying), one which was good for a month (3.5 times what we paid), and then a third "Buy Now" (3 times what we paid)...talk about a pressure sale. Anyway, needless to say, once our mouths came up off the floor, we explained to him that his pricing was wayyyy out of line with Arizona. He proceeded to badmouth a company he knew nothing about and stated that the reason his company was more expensive was that they had overhead and weren't a small company...to which my response was, "Everyone has to start somewhere, didn't your boss?" Sooooo, long story short, we called Augie and he returned the following day for exact measurements and ordered them promptly. The windows took about a month to get in and 1.5 days to install. Augie came while installation was occurring and then inspected after. He even called a few days later to check and make sure we were happy. We HIGHLY recommend Arizona Wholesale Windows and Doors for you and your home!
