Arizona Wholesale Furniture

My wife and I had been looking for a new couch to replace our broken down couch and we were able to get a new Lane Bryant couch for $750 after a discount because my wife is a teacher. We looked at many other furniture stores before we found this one and the same couch at other furniture stores was well over $1500. We were able to get it delivered for free and they even took our old couch away for us as well. I would buy from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for new furniture at great prices.

Worst furniture quality I have ever seen!!! We first picked out a sectional from the catalog in the store. They said the furniture is being brought from Nogales and it would take approximately two to three days to arrive in the factory. A week later we hadn't heard anything so I called the store and I was told that that particular piece was on backorder and that we would need to pick something else or wait an undisclosed amount of time for the order to be filled. From the same catalog, we picked a 3 piece living room set. After a few days i received a call telling me that the chair that was included in the set was no longer available and that i would need to pick a different chair. When the set arrived, none of the pieces looked at all like the images in the catalog. Within just a couple of months the recliners were falling apart, screws were falling onto the floor, and springs were starting to poke up under the cushions. The store would never return calls or the manager was never available, either by phone or in person.

I would never do business with this furniture store again. I purchased a dining set from there and when it was delivered I told them that is not the one that I had told them I would like to purchase. The delivery guys called the store and were told to leave that one for is to use while they ordered the one that we wanted. I was told it would arrive within a week and they would call to set up a delivery time. After almost two weeks I was told that the dining set I wanted had arrived and they set up a time for delivery. When the time for delivery came they never showed up. I have called them multiple times for the past couple of months to find out where the dining set I ordered is only to be told that the person I need to speak with is not in and will call me back. I have never gotten a call back. I financed my furniture through progressive leasing who has also called them only to be told that they already delivered the furniture to me even though I clearly told them that they ordered the wrong set. They told me that the order number was written down wrong, but have never bothered to correct their mistake.

Stay away! On September 10th My husband and I went into this place looking to purchase new barstools. We saw a bar in a catalog that we loved and asked the owner if he could have it to our place by September 20th, the day of our housewarming party. He explained that the distributor was based out of CA and that he had a truck heading there to pick up other furniture and that he could absolutely have it to us by noon, September 20th. We confirmed again that the furniture would be delivered to our house on the 20th and explained that it was the day of our housewarming party. Again the owner promised to have the furniture to our place on the 20th. On September 20th I called at 11am to confirm he would be at our place at noon. He advised me that the truck was running a little late and he would have it to me as soon as the truck is there and said he would call me at 1pm when he expected the truck to be there. I received no call at 1 so I had my husband call him. He advised my husband that it was not his guys, but the distributor who was delivering the pieces and that he had not heard from the driver and this "never happens." Why would you guarantee delivery on something you have no control over Because it's not your driver?! The owner stated that he expected the truck to be there "momentarily"and he would call when it arrived. At 3pm he called and advised me That he didn't think the truck was coming but that he had the barstools We ordered. Disappointed, I told him to just send the chairs over. When the chairs arrived, THEY WERE THE WRONG CHAIRS. His response was "that was the item written on the ticket"........ the ticket that he wrote. He Told me the bar would be delivered "the first of the week" and I accepted. Yesterday my husband went into the store to see where the furniture was and he was advised THE FURNITURE HAD BEEN DISCONTINUED! This was the worst, most unprofessional experience I've had. The man at the store said he issued us a refund but I still am waiting to see the return. Stay away from this place. I highly recommend Oak and More. I will never stray from them again!

A local furniture place you can trust! They always give you the best deals, ive boughten almost every piece of furniture i own at this place lol I've been coming here for years, the furniture is good quality and the prices are the cheapest in town. The guys are all hard workers and always welcoming. Give them a try maybe you'll run into me there lol!!
