Arizona Spring Company was recommended by a local Automotive Repair shop for classic car suspension work.Arizona Spring Co. did an excellent suspension repair/upgrade on our 1957 Ford. They were able to purchase and install the parts at about the same cost of the parts alone at on-line obsolete Ford part houses, and Arizona Spring Co. turned the project around within 24 hours. I will highly recommend Arizona Spring Co. when at the many classic car events I attend.

I ordered some big U-Bolts from them and after I was given the bill I paid it right there. They marked it PAID. They never said that they would have to order material or anything like that. Even though they were extremely expensive I needed them. When I went to pick them up they piled on $65 in shipping and refused to admit that it was there mistake not mine. I would think twice about having them do anything for you and definatly do not pre-pay anything! And get anything in writing! At the same time I picked up my motorhome I dropped off for an alignment they had it for almost 3 days and didn't touch it. They said I made an appointment , I don't know where they got that from but total incompetence! I'm so glad I didn't leave it there.

Please use caution with this business. Due to total incompetence they completely destroyed my family's RV. And did very little to compensate. They might do okay work some of the time; but if your job goes sideways, you're on your own and will get very little from their insurance. This place is absolute garbage. They might seem nice on the surface, but they are only concerned with profit, and care very little about their customers.

Absolutely must use this local business for all your truck and trailer needs. They do great work, at a fair price and in a reasonable amount of time. I have been a customer for about 4 years now and have never felt like they "over sold" a repair. Ryan always calls with an accurate estimate of costs, and discusses what repairs are critical and which are optional/recommended. Never being pushy or rude if I decline a service. They have worked on my trucks and trailers, from a routine wheel alignment to a complete trailer axle swap and alignment (yes, torsion axles can and need to be aligned. Trailer manufacturers do not align axles at the factory).

Sandy and the gentlemen working here were excellent. Axles out of adjustment on our 5th wheel. They had everything back up and running within two days and took care of several other issues we had, bearings and shocks. Thanks so much guys, we are full timers so nice to have our home back so quickly!

We took our Lance travel trailer with dual axles to Arizona Spring for an alignment because the tires in the rear axles were wearing on the outside. We received a call from them stating that both axles needed alignment and it would be $700!! We elected not to have it done and picked up the trailer. They charged us $65 just to tell us why we had brought the trailer to them in the first place. After doing a bit of research, these are torsion axles that CAN'T be aligned. They know that torsion bar axles can't be aligned. If we had elected to have it done, we would have been out $700 and still had a trailer out of alignment, and they planned on stealing $700 from us! Stay Away!!
