I've used this location on several occasions without even thinking about it for minor issues (I needed a soup toureen and some serving ware for a small at-home event) and for a major party where I rented everything from tables and chairs to serving ware, bar utensils, and flatware.I have to say, dealing with them is always a great experience. Their customer service is PHENOMENAL. I went in for my husband's birthday party and worked with a guy who wasn't a regular up front. I gave them a color that they didn't have in stock (a specific royal blue that I'd used on the invitations) and they matched that color in napkins and table cloths from a Phoenix supplier within 4 days. The only issue was that the customer service rep accidentally ordered red wine glasses instead of champagne flutes (the order DID say champagne flutes, so it wasn't me lol). We got everything home and only noticed that the glasses weren't right after the event was started. It was SUCH a disappointment, but I was overwhelmed by how quickly the manager made it right. You can't undo an incredibly awkward toast at a 40th birthday party, but he was very kind and immediately offered to credit all of the glassware back to my account.Because this was my 4th time using the company, I knew what to expect and I only wish I'd known about them (or my planner had) for my wedding. They make it easy! Whether you need a couple of table cloths or an entire party, it's worth it to go with AZ Party rentals, you will not be disappointed and, given enough time, they can get anything they don't have and they will work with your time frame and budget nicely.Basically, always use them. Don't be disappointed like I was at my wedding with another vendor who shall not be named...

I live in New York City and used APR to equip a dinner party in Tucson. They were responsive to my requests and extremely helpful and accommodating to last minute changes I requuested. I would recommend them and I use them everytime I do events in Tucson .

Great customer service. I had a hard time finding a reasonable price for renting round tables, and in the short time I needed them. APS was awesome. Not only were they very competitive and less expensive than what I was able to find, they were very pleasant and had amazing follow through. They communicated every step of the way, called me before the day of to ensure delivery and were prompt in picking them up as well. The tables and chairs were clean and almost new.

I reserved my tables and chairs for a philanthropy event weeks in advance. I called on the day of the event and their poor organization left them scrambling to find my order but they finally did. My delivery was set from 1-4PM with my event starting at 5.5:15 rolls around and their delivery customer service was beyond poor, the delivery man threw 80+ chairs off the bed of his truck and drove away. Needless to say I will NOT be recommending this company to anyone

They always deliver and pick up as promised. All the rentals are in tip-top shape. Great customer service. They are our go-to for party rentals.

Arizona Party Rental provides us timely and well priced-service for our company holiday party. They were professional and easy to communicate with. We will definitely use them in the future!

Tables and chairs arrived on time and placed in our back yard. When I started to set up the tables I noticed that the table legs had no protective covers on the leg ends. This allowed the sharp ends needing to be wrapped so as not to damage the patio floor.I then started to set up the chairs, I soon discovered that the chairs were extremely dirty and scuffed. It was even necessary to sanitize the chairs due to some type of substance on several chairs.The chairs came wrapped in plastic so this surprised me that they were so dirty.We will certainly think twice before using this company again.

I will never do business with this company. What they don't tell you all the hidden costs they add to their charges. By the time I would have rented chairs from them, I would have had to pay 1/3 of the total bill to their hidden charges. I asked what the breakdown of their costs were, they actually thought I would pay them a 6% administrative fee for things like inputting things into their computer system, printing invoices etc. As far as I'm concerned, those are the cost of doing business. Needless to say, they would not be my provider of choice.

The small amount of money I saved going here was not worth it. The chairs were so dirty it took me hours to clean them-Even still they looked in poor condition. The tables were chipped everywhere, even ironing the linens couldn't hide the condition of the table tops. The delivery guys put a decent sized dent in my ceiling, though I appreciate them moving the rentals inside for me. Nearly $200 to rent chairs and tables for our party to end up looking cheap because of the terrible condition of the rentals.
