I have been a patient of Dr. Pritchard for over 10 years, and find her to be wonderful. What I like the most is that she looks for root cause for how to treat and heal her patients rather than treating symptoms alone. She focuses on the whole body to strengthen the persons immune system. In the era of Covid, I am so grateful that I found her! In addition, she is a great listener, and advocates for her patients with other physicians and physician offices. I found her through a recommendation, and have recommended her to others and will continue to do so. Dr Pritchard's holistic approach is what differentiates her from other physicians.

This woman is a joke. The office is filthy and a total dump. She has no receptionist and when I arrived for my appointment, told me I hadn't called her back, which I had. Wish I could give zero stars.

I've been seeing Dr. Pritchard for 8 years. She has helped diagnose many food allergies and intolerances. My health has improved immensely and I will continue to see her for colon hydrotherapy so my body can function properly.

I went to the doctor for colonics. Dr Pritchard is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I looked forward to each visit. I experienced a noticeable difference in my colons health.

Touchy subject, but if you need a colonic hydrotherapy treatment in Tucson, this doctor might be the best available. She is skilled and patient, but also very welcoming and warm. I have already booked again and look forward to a long relationship with Dr. Pritchard.

When I first men Dr. Allison Pritchard she seemed so knowledgeable. I was happy I had found an expert and I referred many patients to her. A few weeks later I mentioned offhand that my husband was willing to anything to help me get better. Her expression changed and suddenly I needed more expensive treatment more often and lots of overpriced supplements. Instead of collaborating, she yelled at me for seeing other doctors and said I was wasting my time. She was controlling and possessive when I would see other doctors, making it a pain working with anyone else, and eventually saying, "I don't trust any other doctors treating you." I was spending thousands there every month and not improving. Instead of reassessing her diagnosis and treatment plan, she doubled down and said the solution was for me to do the same thing, but more of it and spend even more money. When I tried to work with other doctors, she sabotaged it by saying she would help but dragging her feet completing the things she had offered to do. Instead of being upfront from the beginning, she kept making excuses to delay. Eventually, I had to go back to my previous PCP to get the help I needed. My PCP said all the patients I'd referred to her practice had come back with complaints that she was "greedy," that they "were spending too much money there and not getting better" (same issue I had). One had said they, "felt like Dr. Pritchard was trying to trap them" and didn't want them to see any other doctors except for her. This made me look bad because I had given her such a glowing review initially and caused all those patients to go there. I apologized for recommending her.In the end, I suspect the reason she didn't want me to leave was because of greed. The unfortunate thing is that she ended up losing more money doing that. Had I been treated with respect, I would have continued referring patients to see her and would probably still be seeing her today.

I'm very happy with the care and treatment I have revised from Dr. Pritchard. She is extreme knowledgeable and very kind. She works at eliminating the health issues you have as opposed to treating the symptoms but not trying to remove the problem itself. I've been to many , many doctors in an effort to regain my health and Dr.Pritchard has made more of an effort in that direction than any other doctor I have seen.I've been so impressed by how hard she works to keep her offices sanitized during the current pandemic. She is constantly sanitizing the rooms, chairs and all surfaces to make sure nothing is transmitted from patient to patient. She takes excellent care of her patients.She has brought my sister from a very painful and weakened state of health back to her old self. She is able to do things now she hadn't been able to do in twenty years. She gave me my sister back and gave my sister her life back! What more can anyone do?I consider her a dedicated and exceptional doctor.

Don't go here if you are looking for relief. I was an expensive lesson for me and my daughter.
