Incredible experience all around! Following Reddit's overwhelmingly positive advice to check out AZKKT and talk with Bruce, I did just that. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. When it came time for the point of sale, Vic was very personable and engaging while going over the contract. When it was time to go, they don't just handover the keys and wish you well; Nate came outdoors and showed me the ins and outs of the bike so I felt comfortable and confident riding away. Every single person that we encountered at AZKKT was amazing! My daughter had a very similar experience just the week before, too!

Great sales and service, I have experienced honesty and integrity here every time I visit. Sometimes it is hard to hear what my bike needed, but they were right and broke it all down for me so I could understand what was needed. I really appreciate this level of honesty and no nonsense approach to service, clearly the staff has training and knows the product well. The parts team is amazing and works diligently to insure you get what you need. They stock accessories that can be found nowhere else in town! I bought all my Leatt riding gear, Garmin GPS and Oakley sunglasses here. Great store and staff!

I scheduled my 2020 KTM 690 SMC R for scheduled service and a new rear tire. The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. My service was completed correctly and on time. I definitely recommend this shop for any service. All services were completed accurately. I have two other Euro motorcycles and can't trust that brand specific dealer to do simple service with out mistakes. I'm very happy my SMC R has a great place to be serviced at Arizona Kawasaki KTM Triumph Tucson. Keep up the great work !

Everyone I interacted with was extremely helpful, informative, and friendly. Communication was great and service speed was quick. They are fast to order a bike in the color you want. Everyone here speaks from experience and they want to leave you satisfied. No games and no persuasion needed. There is always some form of convincing when you visit a dealership, not here. Definitely recommend AZKKT to anyone looking for their new ride!

Awesome sales manager, exceptional finance manager, great parts manager and super service manager. How do they do it? The owner has created a "customer-first" culture that shows in their collective attitudes and attention to detail. But I believe his secret juju is attracting QUALITY MOTORCYCLE PEOPLE with HIGH INTEGRITY and it certainly has this dealership running on all cylinders. ;) These are passionate motorcycle enthusiasts that you would just like to hang out & ride with. Bruce is about as cool as a cucumber in sales. He's knowledgeable friendly and helpful. Pressure? None. Typical sales guy? Nope. He's authentic & enjoyable to converse with and a great sounding board if you're on the fence between bike type or brands. You'll walk out of there better informed without the pressure of a typical salesman. Garret in parts is probably the nicest guy in the industry; again, just a genuine & helpful chap with lots of experience. Steve in service is a gold-mine of knowledge and again, will go to great lengths to first LISTEN then suggest options after. Novel huh? My first experience with these folks was through parts and service for my KTM 1190. They treated me and my bike so well over the last 3 years, it was a no-brainer to return when it came time to buy a new machine. Now I'm the owner of a new Triumph, purchased from Bruce and AZKKT nearly a year ago. The experience? 10/10 stars and with these amazing people, what else would you expect? Thank you AZKTT!

Today's service was a failure. 3.5 hours to change 2 tires. No notice to me that the guy changing my had a broken wrist. At least give a guy a heads up that the guy changing my tire has issues and I should consider having someone pick me up and come back another day for my bike.

Took my Honda to these folks to get new tires put on.They removed the old ones, mounted the new on, and had it done by the time I was finished with lunch. I spent more time chatting with Steve than it was in the back!All around awesome team of people who truly care about the work they do and the people they interact with, and I would not hesitate to bring my bike here again, for any service whatsoever.

They'll charge you.They won't find anything.I had a stuttering loss of power on a cylinder. They found nothing wrong.Bought a (new to me) 2008 Triumph America and asked them to do a thorough once-over to see if any issues. The only issues they found were things I pointed out to them, such as burn out and missing fuses, worn wiring. I don't think these guys have any idea what they're doing.Got stranded on side of the road due to the issue I reported to them finally becoming major enough to kill the bike.Now searching for an Actual Triumph Mechanic. This 'Triumph Dealer' doesn't know their ass from a hole in the ground.

Worst service I've ever had, I went with the intention of buying a Triumph, no one attended me, when I asked if I could sit in it I only received a not very kind look with a yes... I decided to buy an Indian.

I just bought my first Triumph . Been different makes and models . Coming off a 2019 Fatboy when I was in California. I pick up a 2022 Scrambler 1200 XE. I am going to get some miles on the bike tomorrow. The staff from sales to Steve the service manager and Patty in finance were text book friendly, knowledgeable and made a sometimes a very unwanted experience a joy to buy my new toy.Kudos to all and if live here and considering one of their products, I would give them a shout.
