Dr Choi and his staff had no compassion or empathy. Robots who take your money and then verbally abused my husband. When we chose not to use Dr Choi for care we were sent a registered letter discharging my husband from the entire practice. I've been a nurse for 40 years I have never experienced such poor professionalism. Already made another appointment with another practice and feel welcomed by the person making the appointment. If you don't mind being abused go for it

I was referred to Arizona Institute of Urology by my General Practitioner. I set-up an appointment at their Silver Bell office. The office staff was professional, no issues with my appointment.My first visit was on May 6, 2020 to discuss my lab general lab results with Michael Levin, M.D. I really liked him, he has an impressive resume from working at prestigious hospital in New York city. I felt very comfortable with him as well as his advice. Not pushy, but provided all the options as well as the pros and cons with each option.He wanted to follow up with an MRI. They cleared the insurance for me and I made the appointment with the diagnostic center. Went for the scan a couple of days later. That afternoon I received a call from Dr. Levin...that was fast! All good news, but still thought it prudent to go forward with the more in-depth exam. Dr. Levin was totally professional during the procedure and very personable as we chit-chatted away. Results came back with a little bad news. He laid out in a logical manner on how to proceed, with a up coming appointment to go over everything.Though my treatment is on-going, I would not hesitate to repeat with Dr. Levin and AIU, their services so far has been excellent. I decided to give them a 5, so far they have earned it. The one negative review here simply was not my experience with them.

Dr. Michael Levin performed TURP surgery on me. Excellent, highly-skilled surgeon. The best. My life is so much better now! A big 'thank you' to Dr. Levin and the team at Arizona Institute of Urology.
