Greetings fellow consumers . . . So, we purchased a Precor Treadmill ($2,000+) a few months ago to assist in my rehab (definitely before the Covid-19 drama) . . . & on this particular day (20 May 20) I decided to stop by the store to seek clarification regarding an ongoing issue we've been having (since Precor did not return my calls regarding this issue) . . . & upon entering the store the saleswoman (before saying ANYTHING else, says to me (with her hands extended in a crossing guard 'STOP' motion) . . . "Didn't you read the signs on the door!!!" . . . to which I said "yeah, it said "No Public Restrooms" . . . & her reply was condescendingly (to say the least) "you need to read all the signs" . . . . yeah . . . 'customer service 101' . . . don't treat customers like their your children with your condescending tone . . . We both were wearing masks when I entered the store . . . & before I even got within 10-15 feet of her . . . she made her condescending statements (with her crossing-guard stance) . . . In any case, the point of my visit was to simply ask a question (behind my mask AND the CDC's suggested 6' distance) . . . since Precor did not return my calls . . . and she was absolutely NOT helpful . . .which is bizarre to me as she was incredibly helpful when we were making our purchase . . . which I believe is a testimony to their customer service "BEFORE" the sale . . . service after . . . not so great . . . (euphemism).So, my take home message is this: If you know what you're looking for & you don't need assistance in the process . . . this is a fine place as they seem to carry quality products . . . however, IF you need customer service . . . you'd be better-off shopping anywhere else . . . Walmart, Target or even the internet . . . as that's pretty much the quality of 'after purchase service' you'll receive here . . . p.s., to be clear, if given the option . . . I'd likely not rate Precor as harshly .. . however, AZ Health . . . I'd give lower rating if it were an option. p.s.s., Note to AZ HEALTH: IF you're a retailer & you're not open for 'face to face' customer service (after the state permits you to open) . . . . your signage needs to be BETTER than this . . . & you need to figure that out) . . . though I suspect that I'll miraculously see you post a picture of a sign on your business demonstrating this . . . Surprise!!! . . . .

Was new to area and was suggested to go here by two people who'd heard good things. Well, they weren't wrong. I walked out with a delivery scheduled for new treadmill the following week - got lucky they had one on stock of what I wanted - a previous customer had ordered one and so they got two and it had arrived basically the day before. That said I didn't have to pay special shipping, but they also didn't have to tell me... They also were able to meet a price I had seen advertised as a special somewhere else. I will go to them for all my larger home gym needs. Knowledgeable, friendly, customer driven.

Great job fixing my treadmill. The customer service is beyond what one expects for Tucson, and pricing is reasonable. No need to look elsewhere for service of your home gym equipment.

My husband and I decided to purchase home gym equipment after we moved to Tucson last year. We saw an ad on tv for Arizona Health and decided to stop into their store. What a great experience! LaMonte was excellent to work with and showed us the different pieces of equipment they have in their store. He spent a lot of time with us going over the different features of the pieces we were interested in. We ended up purchasing a rowing machine and the V1 Elite gym by Hoist. We received both pieces quickly and the set up crew who came out were great too! They were fast and efficient. These days, you never know what you are in for when making a large purchase. We could not have been happier with Arizona Health and are so grateful LaMonte was so helpful. We will not hesitate to purchase from them in the future.

Arizona Health has high quality equipment and great service. We had an issue with a treadmill (family member with no knee problems had knee pain walking on it) we purchased from Arizona Health and Lamonte was EXTREMELY helpful, compassionate and fair in making it right. After resolving the issue, my wife and spent spent the first 10 minutes of our drive home talking about the amazing customer service Lamonte provided. Definitely recommend them.We've used them for maintenance service on our previous treadmill as well, and they've always been great.

I was sent to the wrong address by another company and wound up at Arizona Health. Instead of just asking me to leave, the proprietor, Mary Ann Santander sat down at her computer and spent at least 10 minutes tracking down the correct address, and then Googled 3 other similar companies for me to check out.The concern Mary Ann showed for simply helping me get what I needed, without expecting any reward, no doubt is the way she runs her company.If I was in the market for exercise equipment, Arizona Health would be the first place I would visit.

Love this place and the helpful people who own it and work here. Knowledgeable and caring, a great combination.
