Queen butterfly caterpillar. I like that Arizona Growers doesn't put pesticides on the plants that caterpillars eat.

Stopped by arizona growers on allen rd s side of green things after green things failed to stock plants in colors I specifically called about . Adam green didn't have the item but generously called another wholesale nursery tot see if they stocked item . He called me at home to tell me they would have the plant & color wanted on public sale only on sat . Great customer service above and beyond my expectations , thank you Adam G ! The nursery is on s side of East allen rd in a former old horse ranch filled with a big selection of plants , cacti , & more . Great alternative to the big nursery across the street if you didn't want to navigate big acreage . It's fun for kids & families too with Burros , tractor , & more in an eclectic local fun organic display .

Found this nursery right across from the Zocalo Market. Very helpful owner with great landscaping suggestions and his prices are very reasonable. Will definitely go back for further landscaping needs.

I visited Arizona Growners while I was stopped in Tucson on a cross country road trip. The property is loaded with happy, healthy plants.Ben helped me find what I was a looking for right away. He is a very friendly and genuine person. Even though I showed up right at their listed closing time, Ben and I talked for quite a while about various types of plants, the characteristics of the AZ climate as well as my own climate back in FL and the conversation trailed off as we shared personal stories. Ben is the right kind of business owner and he cares a lot about his plants and customers.

A cute small plant selection compared to Green Things across the way! The prices here are fair but don't expect a lot of options. There are no vegetables or compost soil, which is what I was looking for.

Though it's a smaller nursery, the property has a beautiful and well-maintained selection of plants, trees, etc. We were happy to find the Mexican feather grass plants that were unavailable around Tucson. The owner was very friendly and the prices were very fair (and I recall less than Greener Things).

A lovely nursery in a pretty and peaceful setting. it is small but the selection is surprisingly good, focused on native and low-water plants, some herbs and veggies too. the plants are healthy, well rooted, and locally grown. the latter means that they are already used to the harsh Arizona climate unlike mass-produced plants grown in California on steroids, and shipped in en masse. pricing is very reasonable. service is knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. i get the impression that the same customers keep coming. it took me a while to discover this place but it has become my first go-to for plants ever since. coming from the Foothillls it is a little hard to find, just enter Green Things from River Rd., turn left and drive out the other gate (past the GT cash register). Arizona Growers is right there!

Neat place! Great little place with lovely native desert plants for desert pollinators. I bought some milkweed here in early summer. Enjoyed two broods of Queen butterflies, the last of which flew away last week.
