Arizona College of Nursing - Tucson

I started going to Arizona College of Nursing - on Oct. 25, 2021. The professors that taught my classes were great. I thought they were excellent at what they do. But the person who helped me from the beginning, my nursing advisor Claritza Santa Maria, was the best. She was very professional, helpful, and right on top of everything. I am very thankful that I got to work with them, and I appreciate all their effort and hard work!

Taking a jump and making the decision to make a career change and not knowing where to go or what to do is so challenging. Makenzie with arizona college of nursing made this decision and transition so comfortable and easy! I would recommend anyone who is having doubts or questions just make the appointment!! You won't regret it!

I just started classes in February 2023. So far everyone has been helpful and kind. A few issues but they have all been quickly resolved. I am very happy I chose this school.

The technology there is advanced like the simulation room, but has yet to be used so still not much. The administration portion is completely unorganized by constantly changing schedules last minute. Do not try to miss a clinical even if an emergency because you will get the run around. Huge lack of communication overall between administration and students. Constantly cycling through teachers. But the ones that stay are great. I would not recommend.

I have not started going to school at Arizona College but, working with their staff has been a breeze. Heather Straight has been super helpful, kind, patient, outgoing, and knowledgeable. She is fast to reply and ensures I understand every detail I need to know. Heather went over my transcript with me and class schedules. Heather also made sure I knew which credits I could transfer over from my current school. The financial advisor Yvonne Inclan was super patient and knowledgeable. She took the time to help me process my FAFSA, introduced me to some scholarships, and went over every detail of intuition. She was clear about everything to ensure I fully understood every charge and fee. Kristy Mobray assisted me with my HESI exam and, she was also very kind, patient, and outgoing. She is very knowledgeable and is also a great asset to this team. Last, Matthew which is the campus director was very helpful. He was very welcoming and kind. Overall, this is one of the most professional and knowledgeable team I have ever worked with at any school. I appreciate all their effort and hard work! Thank you, Arizona College!
