Oh my gosh, I LOVE THESE PEOPLE! I didn't want the job to end. Arthur and Sande are like your favorite best friends all while they're doing an INCREDIBLE job! We had new blinds installed throughout the house and they made sure everthing was perfect. Very detailed and picky about every single step from the measurements to the final install. I enjoyed their company like crazy as well as the way they worked together (very fun) and the beautiful blinds they've put in my house. Gorgeous!Thank you, Sande and Arthur!

This was the worst experience I've ever had with shades. They took a $1200 deposit and after six weeks missed the install date and wouldn't return calls. Thankfully the Hunter Douglas factory helped me get out of this order. And actually my shades hadn't been ordered until Hunter Douglas contacted her about my complaint. Got my deposit back and will find a reputable firm.

The Blinds were great but the service was the worst I've ever experienced. First took months to receive my shade, very difficult to get owner to return my calls. Once received they were the wrong length. Took about 4 months to get replacements. Impossible to get any information on status, no return calls, no return email!. Had to call factory to get help, then resolved in 2 weeks. Happy with blinds.

Wish I had seen the "F" BBB rating for this company before I ordered 14 Hunter Douglas shades. After months of waiting and excuses, we finally got the shades installed. A few days ago, I called to see if I could purchase some rail and parts to convert a couple of the shades to the top-down style and was rudely informed by the owner through an employee who was trying to be helpful that the owner wouldn't touch it! Oh no--she would rather make me spend $600 on three new shades, than sell me a few cheap parts to do the simple conversion myself. I've restrung many of the 50+ Hunter Douglas shades I've purchased over the years, so know that it's not rocket science. Rather than work with me to re-purpose perfectly good shades into the style I need, the owner wants to extract another $600 from me!

We Purchased window coverings from this company and we had excellent experience from the beginning of the process to the installation of the window coverings. Christina a representative came to our home to discuss the options and measure our windows the communication with all involved with the process made me feel comfortable and it kept me excited. Everyone that works for this company has one goal in mind and that is to provide the most excellent customer service together. The Gentleman Arthur that came to install the window coverings was very professional and cleaned up after himself and I would highly recommend Arizona Blind & Supply. The window coverings are a very high-quality and they look beautiful.

Sande and her team are disrespectful and disorganized. They purposefully charge a fee each time they visit and have 0 communication skills and take forever to finish a job. Her team is very unreliable and has had to reschedule multiple times - sometimes without even giving any notice and just choose not to show up. After the third visit of unsuccessfully installing blinds they left without notifying me (homeowner) when I was at home. They just left without finishing the job. When attempting to contact them they ignored me until multiple phone calls - her office didn't even know why the job wasn't done. Incredibly painstakingly long experience - like getting teeth pulled. Do not go with this company.

These people charged me $75.00 for a tripFee each time they have a reason to come over. 1st time she came over she did not take the blinds. Second time they took the blinds third time they put up the blinds. An additional $25.00 per blind that is worked on is charged. They worked on 3 blinds and two are already broken. So they will have to make yet another trip. I have told them that one blind has cloth damage. They did not take the blind. So there will be another trip to pick up that blind. If hunter Douglas will fix it. This never ends. This company is not to be trusted. They are a nightmare. In addition this started the 15 Th of April and still isn't finished.

We had three companies come to our home for estimates and received a wide variety of suggestions. Arizona Blind is the only one who hand exactly what we were looking for. Will recommend and we sure have! We have gotten a lot of compliments from neighbors about our new window coverings and have sent them here.

The service here is absolutely first rate. I have had to do two different DIY repairs on my blinds. In both cases I bought parts here at extremely low prices and the wonderful woman in the store very patiently explained exactly how to do the do the task and physically demonstrated the tricks I needed to learn.
