SOOOO. had an appointment for today 8-21-2019 between 8-9 amNO show NO call. my time is just as valuable as theirs. Think that its poor business.

I used AZ awnings to install some awnings at my house. Did good work. Price was very reasonable. They came out when they said they would for both estimate and work day. Tim (owner) helped with design. I been to the shop and office a few times and they have a nice work area where they weld up the frames from scratch, so when you have a need for a odd shaped awnings they can make it(like I did I have a very old house). Tim is a small business owner and his heart is in it. When you are in need of some shade for windows / doors/ patio look no farther.

They did a great job replacing the awning we had over our kitchen window. They were quick but thorough and very pleasant to work with. We highly recommend them.

Arizona Awnings did a sail shade over our hot tub. It turned out perfect! The price was very reasonable too. Tim did a great job designing the sail in a very challenging space. The installers were very professional. I would recommend Arizona Awnings.

Arizona Awnings and Canvas just completed installation of a shade sail over my front patio. From start to finish it was a professional operation. The material including the sail and all mounting hardware is very high quality. Tim and all the folks who worked on the project kept me informed and the installation crew did a great job in being mindful of the property and cleaning up afterwards. I'm very pleased with the process and the final product.

In Feb 2017 I had AZ Awnings and Canvas build a custom privacy screen for me, and it came out really nice. The price was decent and the service was good. Now in April 2018, I wanted them to do an additional panel for me. I sent them all the info, including a scaled drawing and their previous invoice, and asked for an estimate. It's been a couple of weeks, and no estimate. I did get an excuse via email about how "busy" they are. I guess I'm too much trouble and my $800 project is not worth their while. The good news is there are other companies that do the same thing here in Tucson, so it was easy to find someone else that was happy to have my business. Tucson Awning & Screen came out and measured and sent me a quote the very same day, and I recommend their responsive service and can-do attitude. I wonder why a company like Arizona Awnings & Canvas would ever think it's a good idea to treat an existing customer this way? They took what was a five star rating from a satisfied customer and totally destroyed the relationship. Not too smart.
