Had a really weird problem with my LG refrigerator. Tried the simple basic fixes, to no avail. Ron came out and spent three trips to make sure it was done right. His perseverance and professional attitude made a tough situation very manageable. Thank you!!!

Our repairman, Adam, was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and clearly explained what he was doing throughout. He found a piece of broken glass in the drain motor fan on our dishwasher for an easy fix and replaced the heating probe on our oven. I would highly recommend this company for your appliance repairs. Our LG washing machine broke 3 days before Christmas. We called Arizona Appliance Repair because we had excellent service from them in 2020. The service person, Robert O., diagnosed the problem quickly and promised to return 2 days later with the correct part and do the repair at the end of his busy schedule. Just Wow! We are happy to have used this locally owned business again. Thank you for a timely, professional repair.

To start off, I almost never give 5/5 stars in a review, as I figure that doesn't give me any wiggle room if I find someone better to review. Arizona Appliance Repair has earned my five star review. They have become my go-to outfit when I need repairs to my appliances.When I call I get a response quickly and service much faster than I expect- often same day service, if they can "fit me in". Rene has done some amazing work on my Kenmore refrigerator freezer's ice maker, an appliance known to be problematic. He has even added me into his day's work on his way home! Service doesn't get better's that.I don't believe you will find a better, more professional, personable, great communicator bunch of folks in Tucson. If you have a problem appliance, give 'em a call. You won't regret it!

Rene came out and was incredibly fast and efficient. He certainly knows his stuff. He knew exactly how to get to where he needed and checked everything as he went to make sure everything looked good. After replacing the pump and thoroughly going through the rest of the machine, I feel confident our washer will last another ten years now. Highly recommend them. Thanks!

This is an update to my previous review. Even worse than I expected. After hiring a company to come out and fix their shoddy work. The repairman stated that the repairs were done incorrectly. The shoddy repairs caused us to have to replace even more parts that shouldn't have had to be replaced. Had to work been done correctly. I have let my homeowners policy know about this company. I highly recommend using anyone else before hiring this company.

I called AZ Appliance Repair for a broken microwave. Mike, the service technician, was outstanding! He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely competent. He even came early! Robert was great! We thought that the washer needed a new "mother board". Robert diagnosed the problem as a faulty door switch. He had it ordered and installed in less than 3 days.
