Pros: the sales personnel are knowledgeable Cons: once the sale is done and they turn into service personnel, the newlywed period is over and you may or may not get the attention the price point deserves. Recommendation: save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere.

While my initial experience with salesperson was pleasant, every interaction afterwards went downhill. Careless mistakes, phone calls not returned, damaged products being shipped (quality control?!) and installation team half assed it resulting in 3 separate trips. Horrible communication all around.

Selecting the right appliances can be daunting. Dawn J. took the mystery out of this process for us. She explained the different appliances and was very knowledgeable and was honest with us about the pros and cons of different appliances. Meeting with a professional like her is with the effort. The installation crew was equally professional and did a great job installing the cook top and wall oven. Be sure to ask lots of questions about installation requirements before purchasing your appliances. Be sure you ask about electrical and plumbing requirements for the appliances you plan to purchase and what you are responsible for to prep your space for installation. I am very handy at home with various skills and understand the details and preparation. So it was easier for me to understand what up front preparation was needed for proper installation of the cook top and wall oven I purchased. I can see by the other reviews posted that may have been more frustrating for others not as familiar with renovation or remodeling process.

In our search for new appliances we were directed to AZ Appliance. We met with Tami and were impressed with her knowledge of the appliances. Our experience at other retailers had been the opposite. Other than going directly to the Miele and SubZero showrooms, where you can't buy from them, this has been the only other store that knows the products. The customer service is very good here for walking the showroom and getting the lay of the land. I can't speak to what it's like after making a purchase, but it's a good place to start.

Arizona Appliance is poorly managed and their customer service is the worst. They're unorganized and sloppy. Don't fall into the same trap we did and believe anything they say especially their sales team. We would have gone with Christies because we've ordered from them before. They have always been prompt and courteous. However, our designer suggested Arizona Appliance. Never again. Our designer won't be referring them to her clients anymore.

From start to finish are experience was top notch! Dawn, our sales rep, went above and beyond with guiding us through the whole process. She even gave us a list of things to check at home to make sure that the new appliances would work in our older home. And after the appliances were installed, checked back with us multiple times to ensure that we were happy and everything was working properly.Then when delivery came it was seem less again! The delivery team was professional, clean, and showed us how to work everything! I would recommend Arizona appliance to anyone!

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Arizona Appliance and Home in Tucson, AZ. In July 2024, I paid this company to measure for a new refrigerator, wine fridge, and ice machine. From the beginning, communication was a nightmare. Daniella rarely called back, despite me calling repeatedly. It took over a month just to schedule a simple measurement. That should've been my first red flag.In early September, I finally picked out my appliances and paid nearly $25,000 on September 11, 2024. I was assured that all items were in stock and just needed to be delivered from the Phoenix warehouse. Once again, Daniella went silent, and after numerous calls, I was finally told on September 19 that only the refrigerator would be delivered on September 25, with the other items arriving later. Frustrated but still hoping things would improve, I moved forward.On September 25, the refrigerator was installed, but just four days later, the freezer stopped working. I called first thing Monday morning and was told Daniella would call me back. She never did. After demanding to speak with her later that day, she finally said a technician could come, but not until Tuesday or Wednesday--this was right before a wedding reception I was hosting that weekend! For a $15,000 brand-new fridge, this should not have happened.The technician came and found a faulty sensor, replaced it, and left. The freezer worked briefly but failed again by Saturday afternoon. Despite calling multiple times, including the office and Daniella's cell phone, no one responded. I left countless messages but was ignored. We had to use ice for the reception on Sunday, which was incredibly frustrating.On Monday, after making over 10 calls with no response, I drove to the office in person. When I arrived, the front desk person immediately recognized me, meaning they had received my voicemails but chose to ignore them. While I spoke to the manager about my experience, I could hear employees in the background making comments, as if I had no right to be upset over a $25,000 order that had gone horribly wrong. The manager made excuses about their phone system, but it was clear they just didn't care. At that point, I demanded a full refund.In the end, after three months, I was left with a faulty fridge and two items that were never delivered. Arizona Appliance and Home's lack of professionalism, poor communication, and blatant disregard for their customers make them a company to avoid. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Terrible customer service and installation. We spent a lot of money on our appliances and the installer was horrible. He didn't know what he was doing and gave my contractor a hard time. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.
