I've called the arches at oracle apartments complex my home for almost 20 years now. I've been blessed to have awesome neighbors, we look out for each other. Leasing office is top notch, keeping everyone informed about events or needed maintenance repairs. At night I would sit outside and marvel at how quiet it is. If I could give them I would.!

The price is astronomical for how small the unit is, literally there's an apartment on the east side with the exact same floor plan and layout, and it's like $300 cheaper. They denied my application based off of me owing money to other debtors, but nothing to do with owing money to apartments or having an eviction. And I've literally probably applied out over 30 apartments in my 35 years of existence, and not a single one cares about who you owe money to unless you owe money for rent. This place is way too pretentious for the lack of prestige that it possesses, it's not gated, there's no 24 hour security guard, and it's honestly astonishing that I would be denied a unit based off of my credit. I have pretty resounding rental history, and that should be enough when you're trying to get a place to live. If I owe money to other companies for miscellaneous debt, that has nothing to do with renting, there should be no reason why it should be a factor. If anything, it should just increase my deposit, but it's fine because I needed to have my stuff ran anyways to figure out what was even on my credit at this point besides what I already know.So it's good to know that there's nothing else wrong with my rental history, which means the issue that I had in the past has been resolved. But it is unfortunate that this place which is far from prestigious, would try to levy my credit score over my head as a denial reason when I have excellent rental history, payment history for rent, etc.,Also the "one bedroom "loft is essentially two studio stacked on top of each other, and it has a stacked washer and dryer, which are pretty inefficient. For the price, they're asking, you could find better. And the fact that they don't have any specials running is astonishing as well. It just shows you that these bad reviews on yelp and Google should be considered before you consider coming here.

This is the worst apartment complex that I have ever lived in or delt with. I moved out in July of 2019 with my dog, I continued to be on the lease with the original Renter until October when the contact ended. I left my forwarding address with the office. I called today and they are going to keep my PET deposit of $250.00 even though a new contract was signed without me or my pet on it. I was told that I had no right to that money. Think twice before you move into this place! While I lived there they shut the water off in our section three times without any notification, the dryer did not work and there was a continuous leak in the roof that ran from the second floor to the first floor. The office staff is so ill mannered and incompetent it amazes me that they have a job!I had to give them a star to post this... they do not deserve any !

Where oh where do I START with this hell hole?!My husband and I signed a lease for a year...which we THANKFULLY just got out of in February. In the beginning, this place seems FANTASTIC...I mean, we rented the one bedroom loft apartment and things seemed great with it...even the landscaping of the grounds was on point...what more could you ask for? Right? Not right...Within about a month or two we came to realize ALOT was wrong with this place. Our AC unit was a point of contention literally until about last September when we brought our daughter home from the NICU and then FINALLY replaced the thermostats(interesting how if the apartment had just been equipped with up to date thermostats there never would've been a problem in the first place!) there's two units in each apartment and neither worked for MONTHS! I'd go complain to the front office and they'd send this AWFUL "maintenance man" (if you could call him that) to inspect my unit and he'd do nothing, glance at it, possibly change the filter, but nothing was really done to FIX the matter. The week I went into labor we didn't have AC in our bedroom upstairs PERIOD. We were being forced to sleep downstairs because the temperature was 90degrees. The office manager Carley had said she'd get it fixed and we went SIX days without it being handled period. I told her for those six days we were forced to stay with my father in law and I inquired as to whether I could get my rent pro rated. Carley said she'd check on it. She took literally two weeks to get back to me and I had to HASSLE her about it and remind her EVERY day of those two weeks. She claimed the apartment manager above her, Char, said we couldn't get our rent pro rated because we didn't stay at a hotel and if we had we would've been reimbursed. YET WE WERE NEVER TOLD THIS! Carley I'm SURE knew that's what the answer would be, but she never said I should stay in a hotel and to save receipts and then I could be reimbursed. But even if I'd of known this, I JUST HAD A BABY! WHO CAN AFFORD A HOTEL WHEN THE GIVE BIRTH AND DAYS AFTER?!Those months when Maintance men were coming to "check on the AC UNIT" and absolutely nothing was done to remedy the situation we were paying electric bills of upwards of $280!!!! Now, mind you, I had to turn the AC units off during the day, as I was trying to keep our bill down but nothing helped. Running out AC for a matter of 6 hours a day downstairs caused my TEP bill to be THAT insane. Carley asked me to bring my prior three TEP bills and said she would take a look and give me a credit because one could clearly see it went up by $150 in ONE month at one point. And I couldn't use the unit for that month upstairs. Carley gave me a credit of only SIXTY DOLLARS!!!! seriously?! She said since the two months where I'd put work orders in and maintenance men came and only looked at it but told her it was perfectly fine, she didn't need to credit me more. Easily they owed us about $350 because they refused to replace the thermostats. I just felt that Carley very obviously knew she wasn't going to credit me those two extra months so why she wasted my time and paper printing up those bills was so unbelievable. They increased the rent up to $900something when trying to get us to resign. That's so laughable. Now I'm living in a two bedroom/two bathroom apartment where I pay what I did for a one bedroom loft in which everything fell apart. Also! Beware of the stair cases in the lofts. They use PVC pipe as the rail...which CANNOT be up to code or remotely safe whatsoever. We fell down the stairs constantly because parts of the stairs fell off over time. At one point the faucet for the bathtub came off in my hands. It took them almost a week to fix it and I had to use pliers to adjust the heat of my showers. This place is a NIGHTMARE. Legitimately the WORST place I've ever lived. If you're considering renting here...RUN!

Terrible management, and professionalism. We had scheduled to view a unit for 2pm, we showed up to the office at 1:50pm to a sign on the door saying they'd return at 2:35. We waited until 2:40 for someone to show up and once someone did show up it was a temp agent, not the person we had been contacting back and forth with, we were told that Janet (the person we were contacting back and forth to) wasn't even there that day. The temp agent wasn't informed of our appointment, no notes were left behind or anything. On top of all of that the temp agent had a mild attitude with us and refused to acknowledge the frustration we were going through. please work on communication, management, and customer service skills! Very let down with our experience here.

I've been living here since November 2009. In the years since moving in, this has become my home. People are nice, very respectful of one's privacy. Having pets walking around the property makes it better. It's convenient to shopping, bus stop within a 5 to seven min walk. They let you know if you have any packages as wellIs it perfect? For me, u betcha!! Karen Snyder

Terrible at answering the phone, but usually nice and helpful. Couple complaints I have is that they are very unorganized. When I call it's almost impossible to get a hold of the front desk. But other than that the people are nice and probably just short. Update: so I've lived here for over a year now and I am definitely more frustrated. The complex is still noce and well maintained but the apartments itself are very old fashioned. Or at least the unit I have been living in. A lot of the issues stem from them giving paper notices about having maintenance checks twice a year. Which I would be okay with but the problem is they give a 3 day notice and then give a time frame from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. Now I don't know if it's just me but I don't like people in my home when I am not there. I have a cat and I don't want someone whose in my house who will leave the door open. As well as the fact that sometimes they don't even start their maintenance checks until about 3 pm. I work at night so I am able to stay at home for the time being for them to come and fix the things that aren't working correctly. But again, my issue is. They claim they have all these other units that apparently need to be fixed so they start at 3 pm instead of 8:30 when they claim that's when they will start? Hmmm..... another issue is that since my apartment is so out dated my thermostat looks like it's from the 90's..... so it's not digital. Maybe in June or July they claimed they would renovate it so that it is digital and my electric bill won't be excessively huge. But here we are late October and my electric bill is still high and my thermostat has still not been replaced. Over all very frustrated with management and staff and how they choose to fix the apartments and renovate them. The reason why I am frustrated about this thermostat also is that the model they had originally showed me HAD A DIGITAL THERMOSTAT....
