No judgement on my five stars for a fast food BUT this location is it. We don't do the fast food thing too often but when we do this Arby's is in the top 3. Always clean, super welcoming staff, and for fast food... the chicken sandwich and brisket sandwich always taste fresh and great. The fries are pretty yum too. I have never NOT rung the bell on my way out.

The place was very clean. Denton I think was his name was very courteous taking our order. They had like 5 people working so I'm assuming they were training. Food came out quick. Almost too quick. Fries weren't crispy and my chicken was a little dried out. Wife's beef and cheddar were good. Will we go back? I'm sure we will. Gotta keep the wife happy!!

Five stars for this fast food restaurant because 1. Fast & friendly service; 2. Clean, clean, clean; 3. Food was as ordered and came out fresh & hot. You don't eat at a fast food place and expect gourmet food, so that's not what this 5-star review is about. As far as a fast food restaurant goes, this place is doing everything right. I was very impressed by the whole experience. I can't tell you the last time I even ate at an Arbys, but they definitely have my attention now. I ordered the classic roast beef with their curly fries. I choose the Horsey and Arby's sauce for dipping and enjoyed them. Their drink bar and sauce bar were fully stocked and clean. It's obvious management is doing everything right here and their staff is on top of it. There's a bell to ring before you walk out the door that you can ring if you liked their service. I definitely RANG that bell and an employee even yelled "Thank you!"

This team is doing great things out here in Rita Ranch during the lunch hours. Every stop here has been good service and correct food (which seems to be hard at fast food restaurants these days). Today during the lunch rush I noticed the manager/owner/corporate worker jump off her laptop work in the corner and jump right into the production line to help her team. Cleaned hands, gloved up, and helped out (not showing up and shouting orders but hands on work instantly)...what a great leader this team has. She went right back to her laptop work and eating her lunch as soon as the bottleneck was solved. Wanted to congratulate her in person, but she deserved to eat her lunch in peace.Keep up the great work...you earned that 5th star with your great leadership.

Arby's is one of my preferred fast-food restaurants. This was our first visit to this location. We used the drive-thru ordering due to the pandemic. The staff was friendly and quick to move the line through the system. I ordered the 2 for $6 special with a turkey gyro for me and a beef-n-cheddar sandwich for my husband. We also got sweet potato fries and potato cakes with a drink. I've tried a few of the different types of gyros and like the turkey one best. This order had a little thicker cut of turkey and plenty of sauce. I don't like the raw red onion that they add, so I take that off. It was very tasty and the pita was soft and fluffy. The sweet potato fries tasted very good as well and were not greasy like I've experienced previously. We didn't eat inside but sat in the parking lot to eat our meal. It seemed prudent to have Arby's add a couple of garbage cans in the parking area since all of the customers that ordered recently were also sitting in their cars eating with nowhere to discard their leftover packaging.

We dropped by our new Arby's on Old Vail recently for a lunch. The place is almost brand new and shiny - but doesn't seem to be very busy. The French Dip is my favorite, but without the Swiss cheese on it. They are always running specials on their sandwiches or there are coupons available. The staff is very friendly and quick - our lunch was ready by the time we filled our drinks. I also like the Beef and Cheddar sandwich. Can't beat Arby's roast beef sandwiches! This location doesn't disappoint!

This place really is Pathetic, went in here at 5:50 pm. Went to order , there were NO Visible people working in this building !!! 2 people were eating at one table , this location is notoriously bad as the reviews show !!! Won't be back !!!

Very clean. Great service. Great food. We ordered a classic beef and cheddar meal and a chicken bacon Swiss meal. Crispy fries. Sodas. They actually crisped the fries! Thank you for a great lunch. Will stop by again on our next stop in road trip lunch.
