Take a look at their other Facebook and Yelp page. I spoke to the owners probably 40 year old daughter for 2 weeks about having something shipped across country. She took the time to help me almost every other day to get photos, tell me what an amazing deal I was getting and help me have it shipped to their store. It cost me $1300 all in all. The day it was shipped there I never heard from them again. I called and emailed for almost 6 weeks before I got frustrated and started blowing them up on social media. The guy who does their social media contacted me, frank. He assured me last week someone would call. They didn't. Dawna emailed saying she would call, and didn't. Then again. Today I FINALLY gave them a bad review. Frank called my cell. He told me he was so sorry and gave me the owners wife, "co-owner" as she called herself' phone number. Julie. Julie was un apologetic claiming Dawna was out and no one was there to fill her place and she wasn't going to risk her 17 year career at her full time job to fill in and call me. She then told me my new quote was $14,000. $1400? No, $14,000. I gasp! Dawna told me $650. What are you talking about... Anyway calls went back and forth all day. Turns out Dawna gave me a bad quote and the stove I bought and sent her a number of photos of was in worse shape then they thought. So now she is offering NOTHING. Zero apologies. She is demanding a quote in writing which I don't have. I guess after 2 weeks of talking to someone I thought was so amazing and a company with a seemingly good reputation...I just didn't expect this. BE WARNED. She accosted me for voicing my opinion and told me now they will NEVER do business with me after what I did to them online. Lol don't do me any favors huh? In all fairness the $1300 it cost me to get it there is what I would like to see happen. Maybe with these types of practices they can't afford to make it right. They did offer to give me the stove back "as is" as a "courtesy" wowwwwwww.
