As many reviewers have stated Antiques Etc. is loaded with inventory. But when you take the time to really look and evaluate there is lots to see. This is an interesting place to visit if merely for the opportunity to see things you may not have seen before. If I were to describe the type of antiques they have it is primarily decorative antiques for your home like furniture and wall hangings not as much about dishes and collectibles - although you will find some of those items there. There were items I had never seen like a giant Arthur Court Pig and items I have seen in my grandma's home that have special significance to me. The women that sit and play cards and talk seem to me to be friends just enjoying their hobby. Many reviewers indicated that they were not friendly. But when I approached them to ask questions they were very talkative and helpful. I think Antiques Etc. is worth exploring if you are in search of a unique antique item. I would revisit.

Amazing store! This store has a ton of treasures! I have made several purchases here and have never been disappointed! The sisters are very informative on the history of the pieces they sell! I highly recommend a visit here if you are looking for quality antiques!

I have been a customer at Antiques Etc. since moving to Tucson 18 years ago. As an avid shopper for the unusual, I have shopped most of the malls and antique shops in Tucson. Without a doubt, my best "finds" have come from Antiques Etc. The owners, Karen and Ellen are knowledgeable and helpful without being overbearing. They are savvy shoppers and do a wonderful job buying for the store. For those that feel that they are being judged by their appearance, listen up "this is Tucson!" no one cares what you are wearing. For those that feel they did not get the proper amount attention, go to a used car lot. I have recommendedAntiques Etc. to numerous friends who have scored wonderful finds in their shop.

Doesn't deserve any stars.. My friend and I walked into the store and was greeted by a hushed "It's two little girls." The two elderly ladies were playing cards and didn't greet us at all and hardly even acknowledged our presence. We do have money, but wouldn't have bought anything because of their horrible customer service!! Their store is a fire hazard and way overpriced. I highly recommend not even stepping foot into this store. Let's hope it goes out of business so something better can go there!!

Gave a two star review a few days ago, then it got taken off. So lets do a one star. This place is very dirty, same stuff in window for months, and they are only open a few days per week. I went in to sell an item and both owners never even looked at me....one of the owners was on the phone so i walked right up and was still ignored but her dogs gave me more attention. I finally asked if anyone works here, and another woman came up and i showed her an item I was selling. She said they were not interested right away, but I was shocked to see she never asked the price I wanted. It was worth about $300 retail and I was going to ask $90, but what if I has only wanted $30? By not asking it shows no business ability....I dont think this is a real business, looks like a hobby to pass the time. Not much to see in here if you are buying.

Would've given zero stars if I could. Walked in to a group of women talking. They didn't even look our way when we walked in. We walked around the entire place and walked out with zero acknowledgement. If you are into zero customer service then this is the place for you otherwise don't bother.

Being new to AZ I need to set up house again. I visited this store Saturday and was completely ignored. I was there for over 30 minutes and listened to an older woman complain to a man, both sitting down, the entire time. Not once was eye contact made, hello or goodbye spoken...absolutely no acknowledgement they had a customer. I have an entire household to refurnish. I saw several items I was VERY interested in but obviously they are there to socialize, not run a business. I will never go back. Being in my 50s I remember when customer service was valued by all store owners and will only shop where my business is appreciated. If you are shopping for antiques/vintage items...Annabel's Attic and 22nd Street Antique Mall have wonderful employees who go above and beyond, greet you upon entering the store, happily answer questions and smile!

I am an out of state customer who frequents Antiques Etc every time I am in town. The selection is top notch with a wide range of different styles and eras to chose from. Karen, one of the owners, is very knowledgable and answered all my questions. I never felt pressured and was able to admire the antiques without being followed around. When I entered I was greeted...not sure what the other reviewers are talking about regarding horrible customer service. If you want to be harassed and followed around I suggest you visit a used car dealership. I would highly recommend visiting the store because their items are always changing. You are sure to find a unique piece. Also, I was in gym clothes as well and it made no difference to the way I was treated.
